Becky B.Gabriel was honest about the problem and gave me 3 options. He waived the dispatch fee due to having to reschedule me for an emergency leak somewhere else. They're going to be first in line when we do our kitchen remodel !
Gabriel is the best. He helps a lot with my job today. I the I made a good decision finding this company.
Save your time, avoid this company. We had them out for an estimate and the plumber stated they could do the work that we required, installing a new water heater. We waited for a follow up. Six weeks later, after calling and speaking to the company three separate times we were told they could not help us. They wasted our time and were very unprofessional. If I could award lower stars I would. Please find someone else for your plumbing needs.
Never! Ever! Ever! call Aqualine Plumbing! This is the biggest scam company ever! We called because the washer hookup broke off. They sent a person right away his name was Gabriel. He diagnosed the problem and said it would be 3 to 4 thousand dollars!!! WHAT! Nope not ever! So then he said he would take 50% off for cash! Still NO! He charged $270.00 to give us this ridiculous estimate. No one should ever call Aquline Plumbing. I don't know how they can live with themselves.
Tiffany J.Horrible company. I called 7 different companies looking for someone to install a French drain. I said this ""I'm calling because there is 3-4"" of water in the crawl space and an inspector has recommended getting a water mitigation company to install a French drain and or sump pump."" I was told someone would come out for $99 to give me an estimate for the work. I agreed to $99. Three hours later he comes out and says it's $450 to go into the crawl space to give an estimate. I said that's not what I agreed to with the person on the phone. He pretty much tells me that's not his problem. And I reiterate what was said on the phone. He said let's listen to the call then it's recorded. I said yes and then ""the app wouldn't work"" so we could not listen to the conversation. He told me I owed him $99 for the 11 minutes he had been there. I told him I agreed to pay for an estimate but he wasn't doing that. When he was leaving he threatened me with putting a lien against the property at which point I said fine I will pay you. Don't do business with this company and Gabriel specifically!!!
This company improperly installed a furnace for us. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Their contractor license with the State of Washington expired in June 2019.
My air conditioner is broken. I have 1 outdoor unit and 3 indoor units. I gave another company a call and scheduled an appointment. However, a guy from this company comes. Okay. I am pretty sure the outer unit is broken. He told me that as well, and asked for $450*3 (per indoor unit) for further investigations. Not reasonable at all. Didn't get any helpful infos.
I will put a 2 stars here based on my experience, since it takes me $120 and didn't give me any value. If you think $450 per indoor unit is reasonable for a outdoor unit issue, feel free to skip my review.
Laura N.WORST BUSINESS EVER.
Absolutely nothing but issues working with this company and the district manager Eric.
First off the plumber I liked and signed a contract with left the company and so he didn't even finish his work and they sent a new guy who was trying to up charge me. The new guy ""Gabriel"" finished- IT DID NOT PASS CITY INSPECTION!!!! The told me I did not need an inspection or permit and the city told me that was a lie! They gave the city push back when their work failed too.
One of the plumbers disconnected all of our back yard faucets and when we pointed it our refused to fix it.
Second of all the electrician had to have his superior fix his work- after marking the ceiling with sharpi, making unnecessary holes, and ruining my wooden stair case. I had to fight to no ends to hve them pay to fix the damages they caused!!!!!
On top of all of that the owner was extremely sexist!!!! Anything I said he would say I was wrong, then a man or my husband would tell him the same thing and he'd agree with them. He spoke to me in an unprofessional and abusive manner. I asked to be let out of my contract with the company and go with some who knew what they were doing and the owner REFUSED. DONOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Paid 50 dollars for an estimate on repair for an inactive outdoor outlet, an outdoor light and garage light on a newly purchased older home. I was unable to be there when they came out but my intelligent and savvy wife was able to show the electrician came out. He was cordial and friendly, but did nothing more than a visual inspection. He didn't test a single switch or the power in a single outlet. He did, however, press my wife to sign a contract for 1000 dollars that literally only had a one sentence description of what he would be doing. He just pressed it into my wife's hands and urged her to sign it. The description: ""diagnose outer lights, fix with parts on hand if I can"". To be completely fair, I realize I was paying for an estimate and not a diagnosis. But 1000 dollars for 2 lights and an outlet where you didn't even look for the switch is a bit rough. Especially if you aren't explaining what's wrong, why it may cost that much to repair, and what are the chances you'll be able to repair it with items ""on hand"" after being paid. The gentleman was very polite though (despite some pressuring of my wife to to sign the work contract without explaining what would be done) so I have to offer 2 stars. I'd happily have 3, but after trying to follow up via email I received no response.
If I could give them negative stars, I would. I had been charged $250 to have ONE outlet fixed. In the process the electrician came into my home not wearing a mask (IT IS THE LAW) and no shoe coverings. He proceeded to tell me he would not be able to even fix my porch light...I DID IT MYSELF AND IT WAS A 10 MINUTE JOB! When he had ""fixed"" my outlet he had burnt my wall and splattered copper all over my $700 dollar vanity/floor. He left before showing me his work. When I finally noticed the sink (same day) I took pictures of the damage and called the company. They seemed concerned at first and said that they would speak with the manager and email pictures of the damage. After a week of not receiving a call or an email I called back and finally spoke to Eric. He told me he had seen my pictures and the damage. He did not offer a refund and said I would have to find my own repair man to assess the damage. He didn't want to even put in the claim until I had a quote because he wasn't sure what he wanted to do. I was constantly not able to get ahold of him. He did not have even a mail box set up to leave messages and would simply just text me when I would call him more then 5 times! I went out and did ALL OF THE WORK to get a quote on a new vanity. Once I emailed him all of the information a week later he said he submitted a claim. I received a claim number but when I called the insurance company they had told me IT WASNT EVEN MY CALIM!! It was a old claim that he had sent me. It took me another week to get ahold of him and the only reason why he responded was because I let him know I was going to submit a claim to small claims court. He then proceeded to lie and say he did submit a claim and he was unsure why it was not the right number. He then provided me a new claim number and when I called the insurance company the broker informed me that it literally had been submitted the day before. He didn't even provide them with my contact information to be able to start the process (by how many times I called him, he should have had it memorized). This experience was unnecessary and them 2 months to fix. I will never recommend this company.
