Charged $25 to come give an estimate to fix a leak under the sink, which turned into a $200 quote to re-plumb underneath the sink to fix how the water flows so it doesn't back up, which he told me would take 30 - 45 minutes max.

I told him no thanks, he ended up charging us $125 to put a non-slip ring on to stop it from leaking. $125 to put a ring on a pipe. Insane.

If I could give less than a star I would. Do not use this company. We were in need and had an emergency issue late a night before leaving for a trip. The plumber came and charged us $350 and DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE. He simply pushed the blockage further down, less than 100 feet. We left on a trip the next day only to return a week later and the issue still is not resolved. We have extensive water damage in our home due to the blockage. The job would be complete had the plumber CLEARED the blockage however it was not cleared, simply pushed further down the line. Upon discovering this issue (we had a second opinion from another plumber) we called to report this to Aqualine. The Operation Manager spoke to us over the phone and hung up on us after we stated that we knew the work hadn't been done correctly. We now have water damage, a clogged main line, NO RECEIPT OF SERVICE and no recourse to resolve this issue. This company and plumber took advantage of us, charged an astronomical price for a half done job and now refuse to correct the issue, provide us a receipt or acknowledge/explain their error. I hope that we can come to a resolution however, the Operations Manger we spoke to was quite rude so I don't see that happening.

They should really learn to treat customers better. Never sign a contract with this company. You might never get your money back. They'll tell you your deposit is refundable but then invent hundred of dollars in fees later on.

I've used them for electrical and plumbing. Never had an issue!! On time, good work and easy to talk to. I have the same electrician do my work and he's awesome.

Tech was very argumentative, he had no clue what a preheater was and had no concept on how it worked. i explained to him that ive had some experience and that it was a new electric water heater and that it could only be a thermistat or a element and he disagreed, he then asked why i didnt fix it and i told him it was under warranty and i could not or i would not have called him. i will not be using them again, ever.

Scam artists! Do not even let them inside your house. Broke my garbage disposal and after he broke it he said, ""I had to break it"" (just wanted decorative button replaced, nothing wrong with function before) Didn't have a replacement part with him and told me to go to Home Depot and buy a kit, take out the piece he broke and return the kit to Home Depot. Really?!?! So not ethical!!! Now my garbage disposal is inoperable. In addition, he quoted me on a job and after I agreed to his inflated price(3times higher that another bid, but they were booked for 2 weeks)and he took everything apart he said he was going to have to charge me more and that his price didn't include some things that were necessary to make my faucets operable. He said if I don't pay it won't work( it was working fine before he got here, just decor) and he said, "" You can afford it, look at the car you drive"". Finally, after arguing for 10 minutes he agreed to make it operable. Now I have a leak that wasn't there before he installed my faucet and he will only come back to fix it if I pay him even more. What a nightmare experience! Too bad you can't give -* ratings.

Tim Lawrence went and help my sister out and installed a new panel. He was amazing very hard worker I cant believe he worked in that hot sun for hours to make sure we were taken care of thanks Tim.

They sent out Austin from Peoria, AZ to help me with a shower handle cartridge that I couldn't get to work. He was very professional, knowledgeable and was even able to get someone else out to me that was able to fix a bathroom ceiling leak. Great service, going above and beyond to get the job done.

Price was decent, I would definitely recommend in the future.
