After having them work on my pool equipment and miss diagnose the problem i can see why they have such bad reviews.
Before using this company, know that they do not put the $120 diagnosis towards the total cost of the job.
I was told by the electrician that the job would be $300 and now the manager refuses to refund me the $120 diagnostic fee. So my simple line switch is costing me $420.
Beware of the shady tactics by this company.

One of their drivers was apparently upset that I was going the speed limit and felt the need to tailgate me then speed past me and cut me off, all while gesturing aggressively. And then continued to do so for at least 5 miles. I would not want people like this working in my house. Apparently he does not care that he is driving a billboards makes me wonder what type of people they employ

We had this company come out on Monday to replace a shut off valve outside of the house and a laundry valve for the washer. He was at my house for a grand total of 40 minutes and for a job that probably took about $50 in parts they charged me $875. After 2 days of thinking about it and talking to other companies I called and spoke with their manager Joseph, he was very rude and flat out said "" I'm a general contractor and I don't have to provide you with a itemized receipt"" we will have to see what the better business bureau thinks about that. He also stated a different amount of what they had charged me and then he back tracked and stated it depends on the job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are a bunch of disrespectful crooks. I will never use them again and I will never recommend them to anyone. Laura

Had a issue with a motor ($129 approx retail) in the blower assembly in attic. The onsite tech reviewed and inspected everything for $75 and gave us options (estimates of course)
1). $1500 repair job that would require further troubleshooting and possibly repairing the issue
2). $5000 for who knows what
3). $10,000 for another who knows what...
4). $15,000 to replace a 11 year old Lennox unit (these can last until 15 years)
The options I listed above are about as accurate as I can remember because I simply paid the $75 service fee and threw their estimate away because I was pissed at these money gouging bastards... Obviously there is goal here and that is to rip-off customers. And he thought he could take advantage because my wife originally called him in...I knew the problem already, but he did not know that I knew! I came in after the fact to pay him $75. Also, when my wife asked him to wear a mask, he looked at her like she was crazy... and asked ""why, is anyone else sick???"". I would have thrown the dude out right there and then.
Got another A/C repair company (Badger Heating & Plumbing) and they did the job for a fraction of the estimate given by Aqualine and I got to apply to the work that $75 service fee they charged too... Really honest and nice guys at Badger! They'll be a getting a positive review soon!
Don't use this place - this is obviously a business chain and I would ask the owner to reimburse my $75 fee for a poor estimate that my 7 year old daughter could have done a much better job with. She always manipulates me to buy her the latest and greatest toys online...
