Serviced our vacation home on 6/15/2020. We had to leave that same day after the service was done. We thought the coast was clear....unfortunately not. We returned less than 60 days later, and the same issue is happening. We called to speak to the manager, who did not return our call. They had the original service tech call is to let us know that they don't warranty their work for this time period. We do not recommend using them.

Worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with! And they didn't even fix the problem!!! Overcharged me and when I spoke to management about a refund, management was rude and demeaning.

I had one of their electricians come to my house in late May who wouldn't stop taking enough to hear my actual needs for the work- he proceeded to do work which, is not only NOT what I asked for, but not even likely to code. I then called back to the company to take care of it, but their electrician ""Phil"" then called me back and decided to try and berate me over the phone- to which I then called in again to speak to his manager; no contact.

3 days, 6 times I called- no contact, each time the manager ""was away but would give me a call"". On day 4 I contacted my bank and reversed the charges.

Fast forward to today (almost a month later) and Phil is calling me again, and is it to fix the problem he created? No, it's to tell me ""how stupid I am""- so after promptly hanging up on him I called and finally got in touch with his manager ""Joseph"", who, instead of listening to my concerns, starts screaming at me over the phone, talking over me, and telling me how I'm a liar, when literally all I wanted them to do is fix the shoddy work they did in the first place and make the situation right.

So I immediately called my bank to make sure they documented the interaction with Aqualine so that my temporary credit for the work was rightfully returned- and they tell me that after trying to deal with Aqualine they decided that the company was not in compliance and would not cooperate with their internal investigation team either- so I had been permanently awarded the charge back. And that fact is probably what prompted them to call me back.

So TLDR; if you want poor quality work done and don't mind dealing with people who can't handle a professional conversation or adhere to any standard business practices, by all means, hire these jerks.
