When I found out that my water heater went on the fritz I called and they responded almost immediately. They sourced a new water heater in no time at all and kept me informed of what they were doing right up to the moment that their technician arrived. The gentleman that showed up was very presentable and professional, due to COVID 19 he was already wearing his PPE; face covering and gloves. Within an hour he had drained the old unit, removed it from my garage (being very mindful of all my belongings in there) hauled in the new heater, and had it hooked up and running!

I would not hesitate for a minute to recommend Aqualine Piping to family, friends, neighbors and the like.

The next time I have a plumbing issue, Aqualine Piping is the ONLY plumbing company I am going to contact.

I urge anyone to give them a call should the need for a professional, courteous, top notch plumbing company present itself.

Always the best service, Josh and his crew are on time and clean. They have replaced all old pipe with copper and a water softener. I will always use them for things that I cannot take care of myself. Recently had a leaking water heater and they were out on a Saturday!

Woke up to our hot water heater leaking and were not talking about just a small drip but pouring. After shutting off our water line, we looked for the closest plumbing company and Aqualine came up, as they were right down the street from us.

After talking with the super friendly receptionist, (I believe her name was Cherry), she put us at ease and send her technicians over immediately. They arrived in about 30 minutes and identified that the issue was the supply line. Thank goodness the receptionist had shared my description of the problem with them because they brought a replacement supply line with them! They were able to fix the issue and we were back in business within an hour of calling! Amazing service all around!

This place is amazing!!! Our plumbing issue started at 7am and Aqualine had a guy here in 30 min to help solve the issue. Only took him an hour to get us up and running again! Such a great company! Such fast and efficient work and they even provided a few tips to avoid any future issues. The employees are so kind and we couldn't be more grateful!

Aqualine Piping are fast, efficient, professional and very honest. I use them at work for my plumbing needs and now to my high recommendation so do the other managers at the other locations. I haves rental unit that has been having plumbing backups for the past 9 months. 2 weeks ago I called a plumber he went there charged me $127 said they fixed the clog but if it happens again I really need them to put a camera down there and find out what's the issue. Yesterday they were back there with the camera charged me $250 for that and informed me that I have a broken pipe. The said it would be $3800 to fix and they would be jack hammering the floor and tile wall but that didn't include putting back the tiles that would be an additional charge and I had to get someone else to do that work. I almost said go ahead and do it but they said they couldn't start the job for 6 days and it would take 3-4 days to do the job. The tenant is due to have her baby in 2 weeks so I couldn't have her uprooted from her house for 10 days. I took a chance and called Aqualine to see if they did residential jobs. I talked to Sarah and explained my situation and within 90 minutes she had a tech at my property with a camera. He pulled both toilets(which the other plumber didn't do) fixed the clog , ran the camera and said there wasn't a broken pipe at all! Talk about amazing , fast and honest customer service they saved me$3800 and the loss of rent for ten days from my 9 month pregnant tenant. I'm speechless how amazing they are and how shady the other plumber was. I will never use anyone else for any of my plumbing needs. Thank you so much Aqualine

I contacted Josh at Aqualine Piping to solve a sewer line blockage and I'm really glad I did! His technicians arrived promptly and proceeded to thoroughly and effectively diagnose and repair the problem. They were very experienced and skilled in the repair procedure. Another plumbing company told us we would need extensive excavation with a bathroom remodel and thousands of dollars to complete the same repair that Aqualine accomplished in one, efficient visit. I will contract with Aqualine for my future plumbing needs and highly recommend Josh and his team for your plumbing/piping repairs, too.
