We had a strange day recently where temps had dropped to -20F and despite letting our faucets drip, we still had a burst pipe in our kitchen. We had called everywhere and a lot of plumbers were so busy with the same issue all over the area. A lot of places were not even answering our calls. This place actually answered on the first call and the guy was nice enough to come the same day, which we were so grateful for. He was familiar with the area and agreed to stop by our house after another job he had in Saugus. Fixed our issue the same day. thank you so much.

After getting an especially high quote based on a misdiagnosis of the problem we contacted Vincent. He was AMAZING! Friendly and professional he responded right away and had wonderful communication as I text pictures of the issue (our tub wasn't draining and the other company said it would be a multi day very expensive fix). He fitted us into his tight schedule, solved the problem within an hour, his rate for the job was very reasonable, he wore a mask and gloves the whole time for covid safety, and when he left you would never have know he was there except that now we have our shower back! My boiler died at 3am on a federal holiday in January with temperatures well below freezing outside. I called 6 other plumbers that day, half of which didn't respond (can't blame them) and the other half of which didn't know how to handle the type of boiler I had. Vincent was able to come straight away, did a thorough investigation and diagnosis of the problem and was able to replace the affected part no problem at all, driving back and forth between Woburn and Somerville to pick up what I gather is an uncommon damper motor. Once the heat was back on, he also noticed and replaced a failed expansion tank, fixing a problem I didn't know I had and allowing my boiler to operate on both burners again. The price for almost an entire day of his time was very reasonable. Can't recommend Vincent enough.

Heating and A/C are trades where you have to be very careful about who you call. An unqualified or dishonest technician can really ruin your day. I have found this out the hard way a couple of times.
I have a Buderus 142 High Efficiency gas fired boiler. It was installed in 2012. Not everybody can service this equipment properly. A couple of weeks ago I found out the tech. I've been using has retired. He was a one man show, so it left me searching for a new tech.
I searched the Buderus company site, which led me to Aquaflow. Learned Aquaflow is owner-operated, and has been in business around 20 years. I decided I'd give him a try. Anyway, about a week ago Aquaflow's owner Vincent came by and did a thorough preventive maintainance/cleaning of the system. Right away I could tell he was knowledgeable of the system. He had quoted me what I felt was a fair price, and spent more than a solid couple of hours going through everything. He measured its operating efficiency, and gave me a written report, which no one else ever did.
So I have a new heating tech., who I trust and would recommend highly. Check Aquaflow out. He seems to specialize on Buderus, but works on all types of heating systems. Believe me, if he can service Buderus, he can easily handle the others. Vincent also offers complete plumbing services.
