I was having drain backup issues when using the washer. They charged me for coming out and just sticking the washer hose in the drain. I repeatedly asked if I should fill the washer and drain it to replicate what it does. The plumber said no. So, next time laundry is done, the drain backs up. I called for them to come back out and they were going to charge me double but then they could not even come. So called another plumber how unclogged my drain for a lot less they they would have charged me. I had a huge mess to clean up because the black sludge came up two drains. I literally threw money down the drain with Aquaduct.

Based on reviews and Facebooks recommendations, we called Aquaduct to have someone come out and look at our water softener. They sent someone who basically knew nothing about water softeners. Asked him multiple questions and he finally just admitted he works in the city and didn't know anything about water softeners. Why send a tech who knows nothing about water softeners for an $80 service call?!?!

After receiving quotes from 3 companies for a sump pump and and battery backup system, we chose Aquaduct. Jason was very honest about what we needed for our basement to have peace of mind during the heavy rainstorms. He also educated me on the type of system and how it worked, the other companies we called did not. The installation went very smoothly and was very satisfied with the quality of work and Aquaduct. Highly recommend.

Very pleased and impressed with Aquaduct Plumbing today. They replaced my 50 gallon water heater. The whole process was great! It started with a visit a week or so ago to look at the project and give me a no hassle quote. The quote was comparable and less expensive than some of the other quotes I got. But was really further impressed with the professionalism and COVID preparedness every step of the way! It was a 2.5 hour process from when they entered the house until they drove away with my old water heater
I am going to reach out to them to install a complete house water filtration system as I had then quote at he same time out of curiosity.
They got my business! Thanks Tracy N for the recommendation. You were spot on!

Save your time AND money! Called Aquaduct to replace a bathroom faucet, shower head and shower valve. The service person, Gus, looked at the sink and said, you bought the wrong one. I asked if the size was wrong and he replied, ""No, you should buy a Moen."" I explained that we liked the faucet we purchased and asked if he could install it. 10 mins later, he informs us, ""this sink is missing a part, I can't install it. You should buy a Moen."" It was brand new from the store.

He then said, the shower parts were wrong and I need to buy a Moen. (He's a plumber?!?!? Why does he need a specific brand?)

AFTER he took the service check, he said he would call us to reschedule. Never heard from him or the company and my sink has been left as shown in the attached photos.

Save your time and money, call someone else.

Called this morning for a leaking shower faucet. They were able to come out today! They arrived during the time frame promised. They explained everything before entering my house, explained what needed to be fixed, and provided the cost before beginning any work. Definitely recommend, and we will use them in the future.

Duvall went out of his way to make sure we had water yesterday. I woke up and we had no water. He called everywhere to get the part we needed for the well and he stayed until after 5:00 to make sure we had water. He was kind, professional and really helpful. He went over and above. The woman at the companies office was also helpful and kind. We really appreciated the service. Excellent customer service!

We had an emergency situation at 1 a.m. and called Aquaduct. The gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable and walked us through shutting off the main valve to the house. He promised they would be out first thing in the morning -- around 8 a.m. Well, they didn't get her until around 11 a.m.

We needed a new Moen cartridge and they replaced it. HOWEVER, the did not tell us the price upfront so we were surprised at $341. I asked for a senior discount and he said it was already included. We paid by credit card and they emailed me the receipt.

The receipt had 1 line item of misc for $341. I have never before received a receipt from a plumber (or electrician, etc.) that did not itemize the part, the labor, the senior discount, sales tax, etc. There was no mention of any warranty on the part or even proof that the replaced the part even though we know that they did. They also did not show us the damaged part that they replaced.

I will not use them again and for these reasons I cannot recommend them.

Our sump pump began having issues after almost a week of steady rain. I called Aquaduct after reading great reviews about them on a local community FB group. They showed up within a few hours of my phone call and immediately diagnosed and explained the problem. They offered a couple of different options, and did not push for a new install. We elected to have the sump pump replaced as it was 10 years old. They were able to replace it with a brand new one right then and there. They also assisted in contacting a radon mitigation company that was able to respond within 30 minutes and reset/reseal the radon mitigation system. Very happy with Aquaduct and their supreme customer service!
