Kevin L.I had a pretty simple project: about 40 feet of rain gutter that needed to be replaced, as our existing gutter was brittle, warped, and had several leaks. I hired Aqua Vets after a great discussion with Shawn, who sold me on their gutter specs (one solid length, made on site, color-matched to our fascia from 20+ color options), and we set a rough timeline for the work to begin.
All-in-all, the gutters look and work fantastic. Luckily, my wife happened to be home when the contractor showed up -- we had a few things scheduled for the day, but hadn't heard back from Shawn about any time set in stone.

There was a long delay to start of work. Always found Sean ,the owner, personable and engaging and easy to deal with. The gutter work, downspout installation and trenching of drainpipe underground and up yard wall was completed in one day by Sean and his crew.
This is were the problems began. Apparently, Sean was waiting to acquire water storage tank manufacturing capability himself, thus necessitating not having to pay a middleman to manufacture the tank.
Thus unfortunately resulted in a 3-4 week delay in tank installation and the beginning of Sean not replying to my texts, calls or emails. Not sure exactly occurred, we never had harsh words, he simply disappeared. Maybe he didn't want to finish the work, maybe he got a bigger more profitable job, unsure because we never talked again. I have called, texted and emailed requesting a receipt for work completed, so I could file for a Tucson Water Rebate-Aqua Vets has not answered any requests. Very disappointing business, would obviously not use again or recommend them.
