These people are very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt.
They were here within an hour of my call and fixed my kitchen faucet.
I would highly recommend them.

Ryan from Aqua Systems was the plumber sent by our home warranty company to fix a drain blockage. He tried to convince me that I needed to replace the sewer line which would not be covered by the warranty company. He quoted me $4000-$5000. Luckily, I decided I needed a second opinion and called my regular plumber. The problem was resolved in 45 minutes by a competent plumber for $185.

This gentleman also claimed to the insurance company that he had hydrojetted the line which he did not. He is not a plumber, he is a scam artist.

This is the company the home warranty used and they have not called back or communicated when the part will be ordered. There is a leak and needs more follow through

Ananta from Aqua Systems Plumbing came to our home through our home warranty service to help with our garbage disposal. He was kind, on time, professional, and diligent. He helped resolve a pain of an issue all within a single visit. Importantly, he followed COVID protocols and wore his mask properly.

We're grateful he was able to come by on such short notice to help us out! We highly recommend his services.

Ryan did an awesome job on my bathroom sink. We had an issue with the water pressure in our sink and the last plumber came twice without fixing the problem. Ryan made sure he followed up with me the moment I contacted him. He was consistent in communication and incredibly polite the entire time. Our sink works like a charm!

If I could give zero stars I would. Home warranty sent them out. He shows up in some beater pickup filled with trash. No company logo. No real receipt. He tried to charge us $1800 OUT OF POCKET in addition to what warranty covered to replace hot water heater. We passed on that but moved forward with getting the shower valve replaced. He said he'd have to open up the wall. My husband was working out of town, I think he totally took advantage of me. I had to schedule him to come back when my mom was here to do the work. I had to pay him the $100 deductible before he left that initial day. When he came back, instead of opening the wall and doing what he contracted with Sears to do, he replaced the gaskets but charged sears the full cost, said he did the COMPLETE job scope.

Other reviews where it's not home warranty work seem favorable. Maybe he's just scamming sears because sears doesn't care too much?

Ryan was sent by Old Republic Home protection to repair our water heater. He was on time, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He ordered for a part and we procured it from the manufacturer. After that he promptly returned on the next day - during the weekend) to fix the heater. He did detailed analysis and fixed the problem. Would highly recommend!

Every time we opened a faucet or flushed the toilet there would be a loud humming noise coming from some pipes in the garage. I called our home warranty and they sent out Aqua. Ryan was the person who came out, and he was professional and courteous. He tested several spouts to figure out the root of the issue, and it turns out, our water pressure was too low. All in all, they helped solve my problem in a quick manner, and they were polite and professional. He even checked my water heater. Great service.

My home warranty sent this company out. The plumber Ryan (owner of the business) arrived smelling like a chain smoker. Tried to upsale me on some plumbing work that was overpriced and not requested or needed at time of service. He took the faucet back to his workshop and said he'd return in about an hour with the replacement part. He called me and told me his partner would be bringing the replacement faucet.

Partner , Sean, also smelled like a chain smoker. Reason I keep mentioning the smoke is my husband has asthma and cigarette smoke sends him into a full blown asthma attack. Sean put the faucet back on and after he had already collected the deductible he informed me that he didn't caulk around the brand new faucet because the home warranty didn't cover it. Sean said he could caulk the new faucet for an extra fee. My deductible is supposed to cover the entire job. Not piece milled work.

Sean left and I called the home warranty immediately. They were appalled and said that of course caulking was needed and expected for a new faucet and covered as part of the faucet replacement. Home warranty called the plumbers back. Plumbers argued that the home warranty won't pay them for the caulking.

The plumber was forced to offer a return visit by the warranty company, however after so much lost time and not wanting the smoke stench back in my house again I declined. So I'm left with a new faucet and no caulking because the plumber was trying to penny pinch the entire time.
