Chris is awesome. Friendly and professional. We had an issue with our well and he came out to take a look, assessed the situation, was great at explaining the problem and solution and had the problem resolved faster than I expected. He is a true pro and incredibly talented at running his excavator...I couldn't help but be impressed! Highly recommend Chris and his technician. Great guys. I'm happy to support a local business that does such a great job!

I posted a request on our local town facebook page requesting a recommendation for someone who could replace my water pump on Wednesday night. I live on a farm and can't be without water for my animals. Chris Kofer from Aqua Specialties, LLC, messaged me right away. We messaged back and forth and then he said that he was inclined to come right over and check out the situation. I told him that I was inclined to let him. And he did! He even got the pump running. We knew the fix was only temporary so he made plans on replacing it the next day (yesterday). He sent Dan and Greg over with a new pump and they put the problem behind me. They even made things better by increasing the water pressure for me. I am very grateful to these people. All in all, I was without water for just one hour on Wednesday night. Wow! Nice to meet these people... not this way of course, but that's the way it was meant to be. P.S. These guys love dogs. My rescue dog, Fiona, was very happy to meet them.
