Faruk redid the plumbing in our bathroom during a recent renovation. He was very professional, always on time and did excellent work. Our pipes were very old, and the vent pipe was partially disconnected from the main stack. Faruk replaced all the old plumbing and installed our new fixtures. He also helped us reinstall our radiator. The pricing was fair and upfront - no extras tacked on or surprise fees. He also answered my many questions very patiently! I would definitely recommend Aqua Smart, and plan on using them again in the future.

Faruk was very good with his communication before he came out to service our toilet. He assessed the problem quickly and came up with several reasonable quotes for the current problem and other problems we could have down the road. The work was done quickly and with little problem. Faruk came out to look at two toilets that we have. One was running constantly and the other one was identical to it. He immediately diagnosed what the problem was, and I really appreciated that he took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. The fix was straightforward and he completed the job right away. I liked that he was passionate about his work AND he had a great sense of humor (he was here during the evening with my dog and two kids running around like crazy - he was great with all three!).

I'm going to jump on the Faruk love train and add my own experience. He's extremely professional and I felt completely trustworthy. I had a leaky kitchen faucet and he managed to fit me in on a busy Monday. He even recommended a better faucet to replace my old Moen, which I thought was pretty good. I would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others.
