Faruk came exactly when he said he would, explained the problem, went right out to buy the part that I needed, and drove back to my house in rush hour so that he wouldn't leave me without a kitchen faucet overnight! Totally reasonable on price and great to work with.

Faruk was very good with his communication before he came out to service our toilet. He assessed the problem quickly and came up with several reasonable quotes for the current problem and other problems we could have down the road. The work was done quickly and with little problem. I'm planning to have Aqua Smart come back to additional work this Summer that other companies turned down. Faruk knows his stuff. I am very pleased with the level of service that he and Aqua Smart provided.

Faruk came out to look at two toilets that we have. One was running constantly and the other one was identical to it. He immediately diagnosed what the problem was, and I really appreciated that he took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. The fix was straightforward and he completed the job right away. I liked that he was passionate about his work AND he had a great sense of humor (he was here during the evening with my dog and two kids running around like crazy - he was great with all three!).

We will definitely be calling Aqua Smart Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. Faruk was truly great, and I also appreciated that I never felt pressured into fixing the problem right away or like I was being sold the entire time. He was genuine and straightforward. Thanks, Faruk!

I'm going to jump on the Faruk love train and add my own experience. He's extremely professional and I felt completely trustworthy. I had a leaky kitchen faucet and he managed to fit me in on a busy Monday. He even recommended a better faucet to replace my old Moen, which I thought was pretty good. I would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others.

Faruk is a honest and incredibly educated plumber. His quality of work and customer service are above and beyond. I have used Faruk for multiple jobs and he has always come to the rescue. He is professional, fair priced and I would reccommend him to anyone.

I would never use AquaSmart again or recommend them. Faruk spent 20 minutes changing a kitchen faucet and charged me $295. He was also agreed to reset the temperature on my new tankless hot water heater. He said he would not charge for that...nice! since he had already overcharged me for the faucet. He told me he installed tankless systems all the time and it would be no problem. I think not. When he could not make the change he tried to pull up the installation instructions on the internet. When that didn't work he told me to find the installation instructions that came with the unit so he could look up how to reset the temperature. By that time I was pretty uncomfortable with and pretty sure he didn't know anything about tankless hot water heaters. I asked him to leave - with his $295 for 20 minutes of work. There are lots of good plumbers in Chicago. Don't use this guy.
