A representative from Aqua science contacted me shortly after I posted this negative review. He brought a licensed roofer to inspect the damage and is paying the amount bid for repair. It seems the company is now back to a previous owner and trying to rebuild a good reputation.

Aqua Science has been servicing our RO system and home water softener system for years. On this particular visit, the technician offered to service our hot water heater. He said it would give it ""an extra year of life"". Maybe he should've stayed in his own lane.

Unbeknownst to us he did not know what he was doing, created a leak that shorted out the hot water heater and destroyed it. In the process, it leaked all over our brand new sheetrock, paint and baseboards in the garage - damaging the area beyond repair. Just our luck, the leak was slow enough not to notice and we headed out of town for the weekend only to come home to water pooled on the (also brand new) garage floor.

That's not the worst part. The worst part is when we called for service to the hot water heater, it would be another 24 to 48 hours for a repair/replacement. And no offer to pay for any of the damage. We're still waiting for the callback on the repair.

We called a real plumber and took care of the hot water heater.

I guess we are out of luck on any other damage.

How much do you want to bet that the repair men work on commission?

Aqua Science installed my misting system in 2018 and has serviced it since. They are alway great. I just had them replace a broken mister head and mount and service the system. The tech let me know when he was on the way and arrived on time. He did a great job and had a great attitude. I highly recommend this company.

oToday, an Aqua Science employee came to replace our RO cartridges and look at our water softener. He did something to our water softener that caused blue water to come out (faucets, toilets, showers) for a period of time today. He never told my husband to exercise any caution with our water.

If Aqua Science puts any chemicals into our water softener, I expect some detailed guidance that we should flush our water before drinking, brushing our teeth, or taking showers. We have no idea what this man did but he was totally negligent in warning us and telling us how to handle. We are now waiting for some type of communication from this company and fully expect them to address any and all concerns that we have now that they put some questionable chemical into our soft water system. That should never have happened.

When it was time to install a water softener and a RO system in our new home, I didn't hesitate to call Aqua Science located in Phoenix. My house was not pre plumbed for a soft water loop. Not a problem. My salesman Gerald came to the house and provided the wife and I with a detailed explanation of the the installation process, and recommended a water softener and RO system best suited for our needs at a very reasonable price point. When the sales analyst, Jameson called me days later, he advised he me that he would be providing me with his top installation tech due to the more complex nature of the installation of the water softener. This morning @ 7:45 AM my installer Patrick arrived on time with his assistant Jose. Patrick was extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. Patrick explained the entire installation process as well as the providing me with a very detailed product tutorial. Patrick and Jose surgically installed my water softener and RO system! Patrick is the GOAT of installation technicians! In my opinion Patrick is a tremendous asset to Aqua Science. I am a repeat customer due to the extraordinary quality of their products, and the above mentioned employees. Discounts for first responders and military, as well as loyal customers. I highly recommend Aqua Science!!
