I probably wouldn't give them the one star honestly!
I had a water heater installed in February this year as well as an expansion tank.
Cost roughly $1500.00.
Roughly about a week ago my pipes were jumping due to pressure.
I called about the pressure in my expansion tank and spoke with Karen. She stated for me not to touch the expansion tank when I ask about putting air in it MYSELF.
I decided to let them schedule an appointment to have one of there people look at it.
On June 19th a man named Pat arrives at my home and right off starts talking about warranties and money. He was very arrogant and treated me like an idiot. I mean how hard is it to get a air compressor and pressure gauge and put air in a expansion tank.? My guess is he wanted to charge me a service call and labor to put air in a tank. (That will be $129.00 please and thank you.)
Well because I called him out on ripping me off he decides to leave.
I called his office and spoke with Mary who seemed understanding at first but then she must have gotten wind from PAT and told me to put the air in my own tank for FREE in a very rude fashion.
All in all I DO NOT recommend this company. I believe Mr Pat is the owner and believes he can just treat people anyway he wants.
I hope this review helps the hard working consumer to make the right choice when choosing a Plummer!!
Oh and I almost forgot they said my new water heater would NOT be under warranty if I didn't purchase the expansion tank in the first place and well I called the water heater company and it turns out that's a LIE!!! Please BEWARE this company.

This is the cleanest plumbing company I have ever used. They came the same day to repair my toilet and water jetted out a clogged sink drain. Great price great customer service and all around great company to work with. I will never call anyone else.

A father daughter team completed work on my house. Replaced the main valve at the street, my main shut off valve inside the house and a hose bip. They also prepped me for future soft water installation. Both were patient. They spent almost an entire day at the house. Total cost was around 2k. They used quality parts and were honest about what was going on. I know dropping that kind of money on plumbing sucks but I felt like they earned it.

Excellent work. Had never used them before and found them as a provider for my water heater's warranty. Quick, accurate, had the parts on the truck so it was a quick repair at a reasonable price. Been over a week and the water heater is still working great. Will definitely use them again.
