This company is truly the BEST! I had an emergency plumbing backup in a rental property. I called many other companies first who told me they didn't have time, were booked out weeks or who were just plain rude trying to quote exuberant prices without ever coming to look at the problem at my house. Aqua Pro responded to my call within 5 minutes. They sent someone right out who arrived even sooner than I expected. After 30 minutes Yariel explained all of my options and gave me a quote on the spot. I accepted the proposal and he immediately called his colleague Juan to join him and begin the job. Yariel and Juan answered every question, explained every step, and I could tell they were absolute professionals. They repaired half of my entire house plumbing by installing Pipe Lining in just 2 days. No mess. No destruction. They treated my property with respect, cleaned up where they worked and made sure everything was perfect. What would have taken weeks of destruction and mess and cost twice as much was completed in 2 days without disruption. I am so very grateful for Aqua Pro and Yariel and Juan. They made a nightmare seem simple and I will call them for all of my plumbing needs!

We lined our aging cast iron pipes with Aqua Pros about two months ago and we're so glad we did! The experience was excellent from estimate to completion, so much so that we recommended them to our neighbors and they used them too. Very professional and responsive staff; we had some issues with scheduling and getting supplies due to supply chain shortages but the company and the owner did right by us so I can't knock down a star for it. All around great experience, I would definitely use them again.

Had them replace my old septic tank with a new one. The tech on site said they replace septic tanks every 6 months. It should their inexperience. They filled up the new area with broken pieces of the old septic tank and threw large rocks on top of the new. They never informed us what they were going to do with the old septic tank that they broke into many pieces large and small. We have spent days removing some of the old pieces out of our lawn. While their prices were reasonable I was not happy with their installation.

buyer beware - I dealt with the original owner and now there is supposedly a new owner trinity who per her words """"doesnt care"""" I relined an entire sewer line of an 8 unit building in Miami Beach. I did exactly what aqua pro suggested and advised. I was promised a 50 year Gaurantee I was promised a professional workmanlike job - less then a year later I am experiencing the same backup and i had several units flooded - rather then come fix their failed incomplete job aqua pro blamed me and now is asking for thousands of more dollars to do what should have been initially done. this is them now trying to profit off of their mistakes - I had a terrible experience with trinity the new owner as she clearly does not care about the work the warranties or the customer - buyer beware there are plenty of other more honest companies doing the same type of work - It is inexcusable to me that after less then a year after they promised me sold me promises that this will never be an issue again and rather then just fix it they want to try to squeeze more money out of the customer buyer beware do your homework make sure your contract is very clear ! Very disappointed I couldn't recommend this company less

Our toilets and showers backed up an a Sunday. We called Monday morning and they sent out 2 men...we assumed it was our septic tank and requested a pump out. They came and investigated and it turned out not to be septic but a backup in the pipes. They climbed up on the roof and did a thorough snake out..by this time it was already dark. You would think the men would be tired and grouchy but Jorge and his partner could not have been more courteous and kind. They really went above and beyond.

BEWARE!! There customer service is horrible, the only person that you can call is the owner most of the time you can't leave a message because his mailbox is full. When I called to schedule my appointment he told me they would call me back within a week. I never got a call, I had to call them back after a week and the owner answered and was rude. When I asked to schedule my appointment he passed me to someone else. Finally I got an appointment, they showed up the guy was professional, they got their snake stuck so they needed to dig up more then I think they had to. The owner and a few more guys came out they wanted to get it done that night, well they didn't show up with all the tools needed, they had to use my tools to get the job done. The next day they come back to close everything up the guy tells me he can't have the clean out stick out of the wall, it has to stay in the wall and just put a plate over it he said. So I fixed that and he didn't even put in the right clean out he put in a T connection. So they finished and I'm supposed to get a video of the finished product and they don't want to give it to me. Makes me think there's something they don't want me to see? This seems like a smash and grab company and won't last, I'd say don't pay until you have seen all the work and have everything from them, I would not recommend this company BEWARE!!

Do not use this company! Sewer Solutions worked from 8Am until midnight at my condo complex. The owner is extremely rude. They weren't prepared, were screaming and yelling, getting food delivered, 6 hours late working until midnight, jumping up and down on the roof, and wanted to use my power since they didn't have a long enough cord. It was a disaster and a ridiculous waste of time!
