I contacted Aqua Pro through American Home Warranty just a few days ago for a wobbly toilet. They came out and had the unit completely set, complete with a seal around the base of the toilet to ensure we had no issues in the future. A+ service and an incredibly polite team. Thank you again!

This company was assigned to us from First American Home Warranty for a shower drain leak. First guy shows up and puts a lot of putty around the drain and tells us he will be back in a few days to test it. A week goes by and we test it and it is still leaking. They send 2 guys out to try tightening the drain still no go. They tell us there is not enough room for them to tighten so we have to provide access by either removing the wall or by removing the shower enclosure. The warranty company would not authorize the work that aqua pro is saying needs to be done.

My son and I go underneath the house and look, we see it looks like the previous owners had used the old drain on the new shower enclosure. We remove the pipe from the no-hub fitting and remove the old drain, put in a new shower drain and no leaks. $30 in parts was all it took.
Aqua Pro was beyond incompetent.

I called this Aqua Pro plumbing it was Dec 22 to be exact. to check my leak on my tub. So everything going welll Jose explain me everything. And they said they can do it wihin a week after holiday Dec 28 and even give me a quote . Okay i said i will take a day off from work to get this thing done. Guess what no one shows up on that day i even send him a message early that morning if they will do the repair.I think they only want $75 consultation Goodluck y'all

Amazing, quick service. Very professional. Wore shoe coverings and a mask. Our home warranty company sent them here and they were able to come out on the same day. Great service. Super friendly. We had an issues with our shower (it would not shut off) which meant I had to turn the water off. I called Jose a little after 6 PM and after a brief discussion he said they most likely had the part and could swing by in about 30 minutes. They arrived on time, installed the part and had the water back on in less than 30 minutes. Pretty amazing to get my shower fixed and water back on within 1 hour of the initial call.

Jose was exceptional! I had my kitchen sink back up on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Nothing I tried worked to clear the stoppage. I called and begged him for help. He came in about 30 minutes and took care of thst (plus a leaky shower valve). He was friendly, professional, very clean & highly knowledgable. He saved my holiday weekend! Aqua pro was dispatched to me from my home warranty. They were on time and very professional. Jose and his partner took time out to cover their shoes and wore mask before coming in the house. They fixed my leaking faucet within 10 minutes. This is definitely a company I would call back as well as refer to other people. Great company!! Contacted my home warranty company because my shower wasn't turning off due to the on/off lever not catching the mechanism that shuts off the water. Had to turn or my main water line so had no running water. Home warranty forwarded my service request to Aqua Pro and they called me right away. They arrived earlier than the appointment time which was awesome. Had a few issues with the home warranty but the Aqua Pro technicians talked to my home warranty company and took care of the issues. Will definitely be calling them back when I need service done thats is not covered under my warranty. Keep up the great work Aqua Pro!

These guys are amazing, called few hours back for the faucet problem, came by 7 pm and replaced the broken faucet in 1 hour. Very reasonable pricing, friendly customer service. Highly recommend them for your plumbing problems.

Jose was straightforward and easy to work with. He came to help fix the old water heater valves and install a new unit that we bought on short notice on a Saturday. Was very knowledgeable and was a great value for the work done.
