I have been using Aqua Pro for several years, and have been happy with their service. I referred a nieghbor with their referral reward program. Despite having charged my neighbor $80 for a visit, they did not send me the referral reward. I had to follow up at least 6 times, each time they put me off. Finally they said that the referral was only if they performed work. That is not what the referral program states. I might have believed them had they told me that at the beginning instead of making me follow up 6 times over 6 months.

Had a major leak outside near the faucet and they dug down and found the leak issue repaired it and replaced the soil above it plus all my rocks and pavers and made it look exactly like no one had been there. Wonderful people. Eddie and Augie were the workers.

Great local company who has very friendly and knowledgeable employees. They scheduled my appointment very quickly and were right on time! Fee was reasonable for the amount of work that was needed. Would definitely refer them to my friends and family. Also, I heard them on Spirit FM which is a plus for me!

I hired Ken and his team a year ago to install a large irrigation system with a lake draw using a pump for the rotors and a well for the drip. They were 100% professional from the very beginning to the end! The final outcome is a great system that's been trouble free ever since. We had a small leak that started at the back flow valve several months later and the owner came out himself to fix it. Turns out that it was a small crack in the exposed pipe going into the valve probably caused by me accidentally bumping it with the mower... Not only did he fix it in no time at all but he refused to charge me for something that he could have, and I would've been happy to pay for. After having had a terrible prior experience trying to get an irrigation system installed by another company, Aquapro has restored my faith that there are still good companies out there. I can't speak highly enough of this company and the level of ethics that Ken operates with.

Still my go to sprinkler repair company. Thank God for Yelp reviews, because when I thought I had another sprinkler problem I was able to look back to see who I used in the past. This time there was a circle of dead grass on our front lawn that I noticed and then never did anything about. Being that we have both a lawn mowing service and a chemical treatment lawn service, there shouldn't be any dead areas. After ignoring our chemical treatment lawn company's advice to check our sprinklers for a couple of months, I finally remembered to check our sprinklers. I watched as one of our sprinklers sprayed directly into a bush, never reaching that brown patch of grass. Whoops. I called Aqua Pro and it is still Margaret doing the scheduling. Amazing as always, she apologetically said there wasn't an opening until next week. I wasn't upset, I'd put off doing this for a couple of months. She actually called back later and had an opening a couple days later! Sure, I'll take it! Margaret told me the technician would come between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. I had a meeting that day until 9 a.m., (ugh early morning meetings) so the timing worked. The day of, Joe called at 8:15 a.m. that he was on his way. He was early! It didn't matter, because he was able to get started without me coming out. In the end, he made two of our shrub risers taller, moved one rotor out of the bushes and changed another rotor. It took two hours and came out to $234.31. Joe was really efficient. He actually did all the work without telling me what he was going to do, so if you are the type that wants to double check everything you'll want to tell him upfront, but for this amount of money, I was fine with him just going ahead and doing everything. Now I know all our sprinklers work. I will definitely continue to use Aqua Pro.

Extremely overpriced. I paid $1600 for a new pump but when it was complete there was still no water coming from the sprinkler heads. The technician said he'd have to come back another day to troubleshoot and that the solution could be anywhere up to another $1000 depending on what he found. I was ok with the original $1600 quote because I thought I'd have a working sprinkler system after that. I'd never have agreed to it if I had known that it would still be out of order. I'm giving 2 stars because the tech and the office staff were nice and professional.

Originally scheduled for first thin in the morning. Called and said he was called to a different job and would be here at noon. Three O'clock and no sign of him. It is an $85 an hour charge starting with first call. So it was not a free estimate! I was planning to pay the $85!

I wish I had read the review from Sarah F. before hiring this company. They will not return our estimate fee of 85 dollars even though their website advertises that it is free even for """"revamp(ing) of sprinkler system. They are money hungry and are difficult to convince to do the right thing!!

Needed a minor irrigation / sprinkler line repair. Very efficient office staff who called to remind me of the appointment. All fees and acceptable payment methods disclosed prior to repair work. Nice that this company thinks enough of their Reps that they leave them to do their jobs - not forcing them to have the sometimes awkward conversation with the customer about fees and payment. James performed the repair quickly and since it was an hourly fee, he rounded out the hour by inspecting other areas of my system to make sure they were ship-shape. Job well done. While I hope not to need them back for more repairs, Aqua Pro would be the first irrigation company that I would call. Honest, experienced, efficient.

We are new to the state of Florida and things are much different than in Ohio. Was pleased with the technician that gave me an estimate and the crew that did the installation did a terrific job.
