These people are not worth hiring. Sent ME a certified letter saying they would put a Lien on MY Property for work they did through a contractor without ever letting me know what work was done, why I was getting a bill, and without EVER sending me any type of invoice or bill! I would NEVER recommend or use this company EVER!!!!!!!

The Kohler repairman was top notch (hence my 5 star review) and very friendly! Getting him scheduled was the issue. Call them once Kohler issues the repair order as they do not call you. They are booked weeks out. The morning of my appointment, they were hours late, but at least they called to tell me. The plumber knows Kohler VERY well! Maybe someday I'll get my new toilet, as the valve is no longer made for my specific unit and has already broken again. I'll just be patient and wait. They know their stuff and that is what really matters. Please don't forget my 3 toilet cover repairs on my others when you come to replace. Thank you!

they went to do a one hour job at my moms house and was quoted 151 an hour the guy was there for 45 and charged 300 cause the guy got stuck in traffic and it took him an ""hour"" to make it 15 miles
you all scammed my poor mother
and this is a terrible company
do not let them work on your place of living

As a small business owner I am aware of the impact these reviews can have on a business and tend to not post anything bad but this story I have to share.
I called Aqua Plumbing to professionally repair/replace a leaky PVC Compression Coupling on a main line. The office lady (very nice) informed me of their rate $131/hour + parts; I agreed and scheduled the visit. The plumber arrived as scheduled did the repair and left. Here is the interesting part.
The pipe was already dug out, he just got the water out of the hole, tightened up the same compression coupling (did not replace it), spent 45 min to watch if it still leaks, left and charged $262.
Apparently Aqua Plumbing starts their timer when the plumber leaves his house (which was not disclosed during during the initial phone call), you pay him at a full rate of $131/hour for all the drive time, then the repair time and the time he spends watching dirt dry (45 minutes). BTW who watches a coupling for 45 minutes to see if it still leaks?
Anyways, the initial bill was $262 to tighten the old compression coupling - the office manager was again nice to me and dropped it to $131 after we spoke.

I found Aqua to be nice and friendly but less then honest or transparent.
When I sent up the appointment I was quoted a price of 130.00 per hr plus parts with no hidden fees but it turned into 350.00 per hr or 500 percent mark up on parts any way you look at it the total job took about 3 hours and 125.00 in parts if I purchased them a home Depot total bill 1200.00
At the time of service I knew that there was an issue the plumber himself wouldn't give me an invoice or an idea of how much I owed.
Personally I am not very handy but I could of have do the job myself in less time for a tenth of the cost shame on me and shame on the state for licensing Aqua plumbing ""definitely don't need to rip people off to earn a living""

It's most unfortunate that I must give 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a ""second opinion"" quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original ""guesstimate"". All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well. They should be in jail for fraud. Very dishonest people.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.

Woke up today to a wet garage floor. Kelly helped me out and sent over Carmine. Let me tell you, if you want your problems solved Carmine is the man.

I had a leak thats been going on for quite sometime. Lots of rust and gunk around where the leak was.

Best plumbing company in town, had an issue with my sink in my condo and the next day they came out and fixed the issue for a reasonable price. I would recommend this company to any of my friends or family!
