I have used aqua plumbing multiple times in the past 9 years with good customer service until now. They installed a brand new well pressure tank with an admittedly faulty part. When the part failed, I was charged $354.00 to replace the part that was faulty. I asked for an adjustment and there was none given. I'm very disappointed and will not be using them in the future. Although the part was a factory defective part, I feel that there should have been a significant discount for replacing it since the original work was expensive as well.

I wasn't expecting them to come on the same day I called. Very prompt, and did a good honest job. I was given their names from a trusted developer friend. So yes, don't hesitate to use them, they are reputable and fair.

My hot water heater was old and not working well anymore. I called Aqua on Friday and had a new hot water installed on Tuesday! They were professional, easy to work with and did a quality installation.

Our sewer line was backing up into the basement so we needed someone to come out fast. Aqua Plumbing was available and Jeff and Shane came out, worked late and cleared the line of tree roots. They ran a camera down the line and showed me there was about 30ft. of clay pipe under the street and sidewalk needing replacing. Bummer! Jeff and Shane were great to work with and gave us recommendations for some local contractors to do the street and sidewalk excavation. Will use them again!

My 92 year grandmother was charged $650 for her line to be snaked (they were only there for the morning hours, Joe got $125 and Alex got $350). She was told excavating was needed and that she could not use her toilet, tub or washer... then they left her with no resolve! Family made a call to another company who could not believe the $650 charge (questioned if they did ANYTHING) and they pumped her septic for free! She was able to use everything after that company visited!

Heather, in the Aqua office, was incredibly helpful and sent out plumbers to run a camera to see if we needed to replace the old sewer line as we were selling the house. When they arrived they had to remove the toilet (very old house - no clean out) to run the camera and discovered we had a problem that definitely needed attention. They gave us an estimate and came the next day to repair. The cost was LESS than the estimate - tell me when that good news has ever come your way. Thank you, Joe, wonderful plumber!

My family was getting ready for a major trip late Saturday afternoon when we found sewage coming up from the drain in the basement utility room out into the hallway. The on call plumber (Ron?) had two emergencies at the same time and was able to walk me through this emergency while he took care of the other emergency. I was able to clean things up and leave on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and use him again without reservation!

I have appliance ""insurance"" with American Home Shield. When our hot water heater died, AHS assigned Aqua Plumbing as the repair company. Brett came, assessed the problem and proceeded with replacement of the water heater, hookup, etc. I cannot praise him and Aqua Plumbing enough! Brett is pleasant, easy to work with and Aqua Plumbing is fortunate to have him. This is definitely a five star company!!!
