Beyond thankful for Aqua. This morning a valve burst in my bathroom, it looked like a hurricane in there with how much water was spraying all over the place. I called a coworker and she recommended Billy to come out and solve the issue. She contacted him for me while I was trying to figure out how to shut the water off to the entire building (typically there's a shut off valve behind faucets but not the one I have so it was a hot mess trying to find out where to shut the water off, even my landlord wasn't sure where to look...) Billy was at my door in literally 10 minutes. He was able to tell us what we needed & got the job done quickly and efficiently. I currently rent so I did not pay out of pocket but I personally thought the cost of the service was worth the money just based off how quickly the problem was solved. Thank you Aqua! 10/10

The inspection of our house pointed out some corroded pipes (including one directly above the electrical panel), as well as the unexpected discovery that the main water line into the property was a lead pipe. We opted to have all the work done at once soon after moving in, and got multiple quotes from various plumbers. The guys from Aqua who came out to do the assessment were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, giving us detailed explanations of what they would be doing in order to get the job done. They also pointed out some extraneous pipes in the laundry room, and recommended spending the little bit extra to get the entire space tidied up while they were on site; normally I would have considered such suggestions as an up sell, but it made total sense to me since they were in the space doing half the work already. The initial quote from Aqua came in a bit higher than the other plumber we were considering, and Aqua price matched without any issue.
Throughout the experience, I loved that I could communicate with Aqua via email (often easier for me due to the nature of my work), and they were always easy to reach. They also accommodated the need to shift the day for the work due to an unexpected overlap with the moving truck, which I greatly appreciated. In the days leading up to the job, I received detailed explanations of the work to be done, including the names of the workers assigned to my job, which made me feel even better about Aqua's professionalism.

The day of the job, the truck was a little delayed but work commenced immediately after the guys arrived, and all the work was completed in one day - they arrived around 8:30 AM and wrapped a little before 5 PM. All five guys were great, and partway through the day they asked about fixing another pipe in the laundry room they hadn't seen before, which I readily consented to. The hole in the sidewalk to access the lead pipe was also significantly smaller than expected, which was an added bonus.

While the guys did their best to keep dirty boot prints at bay, my biggest complaint was that they did not cover anything in the laundry room prior to drilling holes in the wood (I had to vacuum twice to get all the splinters up). The laundry tub was even full of wood chips, meaning they started drilling and didn't close the lid.

Getting all of this work done was very expensive, but we are both so happy with the experience with Aqua, and will certainly use them again if we need anything plumbing related in the future.

Jimmy and Vinny were great! we were afraid that they would need to cut the ceiling below the bathtub to find the issue. Instead, they were able to cut a small panel behind the tub and found the leak immediately. they fixed it in no time. they were very clean and organized. they did not leave a mess behind. They were honest with us from the beginning and provided us with different options. It has been over a weak and there has been no more leaks! I would recommend them to anyone.

Vinnie and Jimmy installed a new toilet and a shower cartridge in my bathroom.
Both men were very pleasant and explained to me in novice terms what needed to be done.
I could not be more pleased by a job well done.

Billy and his team are great. There were some issues with a subcontractor and Aqua went ABOVE and BEYOND to address the issue. I'm so grateful for this wonderful company and the excellent work they did.

Literally could not recommend more highly. They fixed a leak in my shower and then also replaced the same problem in another bathroom as a preventative measure. Reasonable prices, affable crew, quick responses and high-quality work. I would choose them again for any plumbing work in a heartbeat.

They are not thorough...they do not have appropriate equipment to do a proper job...added the cost of toilet seat removal which ended up being more than the cost of having them come out for the drain clean.
Added to all this, they did a shoddy job...I will NOT recommend them!

I had a pipe freeze and Aqua had someone come out within days of posting the project to Yelp. The plumber replaced the pipe in under and hour and charged less than the last guy who came out. Hopefully I won't have to, but if I do need a plumber I'll call these guys again, for sure.

This company responded to my request on the same day I called. Billy and Richy arrived on time and introduced themselves. I received a fair price quote to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. The leak was fixed, and Information was given how it happened and how to prevent future issues.
They were both polite and professional. This is a company I would definitely hire again.
