Jimmy and Vinny were great! we were afraid that they would need to cut the ceiling below the bathtub to find the issue. Instead, they were able to cut a small panel behind the tub and found the leak immediately. they fixed it in no time. they were very clean and organized. they did not leave a mess behind. They were honest with us from the beginning and provided us with different options. It has been over a weak and there has been no more leaks! I would recommend them to anyone.

Literally could not recommend more highly. They fixed a leak in my shower and then also replaced the same problem in another bathroom as a preventative measure. Reasonable prices, affable crew, quick responses and high-quality work. I would choose them again for any plumbing work in a heartbeat.

They are not thorough...they do not have appropriate equipment to do a proper job...added the cost of toilet seat removal which ended up being more than the cost of having them come out for the drain clean.
Added to all this, they did a shoddy job...I will NOT recommend them!

I had a pipe freeze and Aqua had someone come out within days of posting the project to Yelp. The plumber replaced the pipe in under and hour and charged less than the last guy who came out. Hopefully I won't have to, but if I do need a plumber I'll call these guys again, for sure.

This company responded to my request on the same day I called. Billy and Richy arrived on time and introduced themselves. I received a fair price quote to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. The leak was fixed, and Information was given how it happened and how to prevent future issues.
They were both polite and professional. This is a company I would definitely hire again.

unless you have a really tiny job better suited for a handyman, or you identify as a rude and capricious person... you should stop reading reviews and just call aqua.

My flat fee was for $75, so I was surprised when charged for $125. I just needed one piece unscrewed and it took no more than 5-10 minutes with no parts added. The person who came was nice and professional, but I simply can't recommend paying that much for so little. Read the fine print with Aqua.

Aqua Plumbing & Heating did a great job at my house getting a fairly complicated drain issue fixed. They communicated really well, answering my questions, helping me figure out how to get the most out of the job, indicating how they would approach the work and what possible issues could be discovered in the course of the work. One of these turned out to happen, and the adjustment to their proposal was completely reasonable. They carefully inspected everything before making their proposal, which was detailed and clear. Everything was done on the schedule they indicated. I feel like they provided an excellent value, and it was a pleasure to work with them. They even managed to do some ""while we're working in this area"" extra work that I had asked them about (installing an additional radiator) that boosted the value of the work even more, adding value to my home. Excellent on every front. A fairly rare level of quality, service and value.
