They take advantage of senior citizens. Stay away. No quote provided. Only discuss price after work done. Then they shock with price twice what it should be. Called them and got no response.

I used to work here and during my employment my boyfriends water heater broke. He decided to purchase one from Aqua Plumbing. Angela from the plumbing department offered us a discount and THEY INSTALLED THE UNIT. It started leaking after only 3 years and Phil called to use the warranty to have a new one installed. Angela said We bought it and installed it ourselves which is untrue. I didn't ask for a discount. It was offered to me and I didn't realize that when offered the discount we voided the warranty. If we knew that we would of told to keep their offer. The invoice number is 99999-14208 but Angela has a personal issue with me and decided to cause an issue. We paid for a service from your company and instead of doing her job, Angela created this problem. Very unprofessional.
