Two incompetent Technicians from Aqua Plumbing & Air incorrectly diagnosed problem with AC System at my sister's condo. An ethical and experienced AC service was called and confirmed there was no leak in the system. Further, Aqua failed to replace Motor and Module. While claiming to have replaced both, the invoice shows they only replaced the Module. The incorrect diagnosis of a refrigerant leak and air conditioning repair could have forced me to needlessly pay up to $3,000 according to an Aqua Technician. The utilization of inexperienced Technicians at Aqua Plumbing & Air will cost you more now and in the future. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for experienced HVAC service technicians or at least get a second opinion from a legitimate company. Manager stated he couldn't understand why a second opinion was needed. When thousands of dollars are on the line it is only prudent to get a second opinion. We're glad we did. Too many companies try to take advantage of female customers.

Simply the best - we use them for everything! Saved us from being scammed by a disreputable air conditioning company who told us we needed a whole new ac system for many thousands of dollars. We also had a plumbing emergency on a weekend night and they came immediately. We had the whole house water purification system put in and it's amazing! You can not go wrong with Aqua. We are happy customers for life!!

Todd and helper were great! He found the water leak quickly. Small joint and piping were replaced in a time efficient manner. After waiting 15 minutes for the cement to dry, perfection! Great expertise made a difficult job simple, all why carrying out pleasant conversation. My highest recommendation!

A completely unreliable and fraudulent company, and deal with them at your own risk. On 1/24/81 called them to ask for their help in replacing a jammed disposal in our kitchen sink. I was informed they had two models, one at $500+ and the other, more quiet one, at $700+. I chose the $700 one and was told it would be delivered and installed between 10 AM and 2 PM on 6/25. When no one showed by 2 PM we called and were told there was no order on file. (We later found out that the unit we ordered was not in stock, but no one called to inform us.) I then ordered the $500 unit IF it could be delivered and installed on 6/26. They agreed it would be installed between 8 AM and4 PM. At 10 AM on 6/26 I called Aqua to confirm the order and was told they would be there as agreed to. Around 11:30 AM I received a call from Aqua that the $500 unit was not in stock but they had another, more noisy unit they could supply. I told them to go to hell and I wanted nothing more o do with them. Richard H Wolf
