Eric and Jake are super professional, courteous, and efficient. We used them to install the water softener and a whole house filtration. They were very responsive answering all of our questions, recommending products that suit our needs, etc. On the day of the installation, we found out that the softener that we ordered was damaged during delivery; Eric and Jake went to Lowe's immediately and replaced the softener for us, while we just continued working from home. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Was told that they preferred morning and had scheduled a morning 9am softener service but they never showed up.

I have attempted to reach out via phone and email, there were no reply. Since I started to look up other business to perform the service.

The business eventually responded and communicated a schedule mixup, and has since rescheduled. Will update the review once the aerobics has been performed.

- They went to purchase salt for us during the wait time. Obviously we pay for the salt, but they proactively provided the service to us.

I had a water filter that needed replacing and when I sent out a request on Yelp, Aqua Logic was one of the first to reply. Eric, the owner, was quick to respond and agreed to take on the job at a lower price than his competitors. Ok the day of service, he came on time (maybe even a little early), was very nice, polite, and professional, came with all tools and cleaning supplies to do the job, very knowledgeable about his stuff, and didn't try to upsale me anything extra. I really appreciated that. I would recommend him and his service to anyone who needs it as I will contact him again for any other water service that I may need in the future.
