Bath shower/tub valve was leaking pretty bad. A home warranty company sent another plumbing company that took a few days to show up, only to tell us they had to order parts, few days later they said they couldn't fix it Aqua Fresh came within 1 day and fixed it on the spot!

First off, this was work through a home warranty service, if that matters to you.

He got the job done, but was not very professional.

From the initial call, which I had to make to them, they answered the cal with ""Hello"" and nothing else. I had to confirm if I reached Aqua Fresh (AF). Next, he was not seemingly aware of the job request and I had to provide him the information to verify. Perhaps that is a failure on the home warranty company or disorganization with AF. I cannot confirm either way.

Once confirmed that they were to work on my issue - shower/tub cartridge needed replacing due to water not shutting off - he said he could come the next day and was about to hang up without letting me know when. I had to ask when I can expect them. He said around 2pm.

The following day, I get a call around 3pm and he asks, ""You need plumbing? Can I come over now?"" I said yes, then he was about to hang up when I had to ask for a time. 10 - 15 minutes. Great.

He arrives and I ask if he could put on booties. He didn't seem to want to do this but says he can get some if I want. I want.

I point him to the problem and he begins work. He is dropping his tools from tub height to my floor. Although accidentally, he didn't prepare or do anything to avoid potential damage to my tile floor. I placed a towel for him to place his tools safely on my floor.

After the cartridge was replaced, I turn on the water to the house and he tests. Water is flowing as expected and is in the tub where he is sitting. His booties are now wet, of course. Once done he gets out of the tub and is walking around my bathroom floor with wet booties, then down the hall. He did try to ""clean up"" the floor by using his foot to wipe the towel I provided for his tools on the wet floor. I just stopped him and said I would take care of that. He then proceeds to walk down my hallway with his wet booties and tracking water all over my wood floors. At this point, the job was done and I just want him out.

He got the job done, which it the most important part. It wasn't the most pleasant experience, but my wife now has a shower she can use again. Not sure if I would recommend them due to their professionalism, but ....

Giving a 3 only because the job was done. FWIW, he was also a slow worker. Perhaps he doesn't get paid enough and it shows with his work. If so, that is unfortunate on both ends. Trades people should get paid properly, but that doesn't mean they should let it out on their customers either.

Their technician is so responsive and provided prompt service the same day to help us replace the dysfunctional food disposal in our kitchen! He also tested the new disposal thoroughly and made sure the sink and dish washer drain properly before calling it done. I highly recommend their service!

I had a great experience with Aqua Fresh Plumbing. My garbage disposal was leaking water and I had made a home warranty service request to fix that. The plumber who came to my place was efficient in his job and was able to quickly diagnose the problem then get the approval for garbage disposal replacement. He replaced the garbage disposal very nicely and tested it thoroughly to make sure it's working well.

Same as some of the others. Was sent Aqua from home warranty. Needed him to bleed air bubble out of recirculating system. Apparently something he couldn't do. No communication either. Went to truck didn't say a word and never came back.
