Had a issue with my heater and the plumber came to my place, said the whole thing needs to be replaced and told me he can do it for $500 in labor. I did not feel his diagnosis was right and so called another plumber who fixed the issue for $50. Either these people are incompetent or are ripping off their customers.

Got connected to Aqua Fresh Plumbing through our home warranty plan after the first assigned contractor didn't have availability for a week.
Had a stoppage at the house, Aqua fresh plumbing came promptly on a Friday evening and did a great job - unclogging and cleaning after themselves.
Highly recommend the service, would hire again.

Peter came on a Saturday morning and fixed two bathrooms that had multiple issues(no water to one toilet, clog in the shower outlets, low water pressure in the faucets). He fixed all of them throughly. Highly recommend!

The kitchen drain in my rental property was clogged. My home warrantee first assigned a plumber who turned out not being available until 5 days later. I then asked my home warrantee to assign another plumber which was Aqua Fresh Plumbing. Peter responded to my call promptly and cleared out my kitchen drain on the same day! Very Impressive! I will definitely use Aqua Fresh Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Terrible service. They came March 4th in Dublin to evaluate a job to replace 5 faucets in my rental. They came and quoted me a price. The quote were to include labor and parts except for the faucets. We supplied the faucets and all other misc parts like hose, and valves are to be included in the quote. My tenant called and said the plumber can replace the kitchen faucet but will need to come back next week. Had to pay plumber in cash. They never told me they don't take credit card. The week turned out to be another week , etc. When my tenant called because no one called to schedule a return trip, they said they would get back to him. They called and said a plumber will be there in an hour. Tenant works at home and could not be available with such short lead time. Tenant continues to call to follow up and the same old story of ""we are extremely busy and can only service you between other jobs. Finally, being very patience, finally on April 2nd, the plumber shows up and replaces Hall bathroom faucet. He then get paid in cash again and tells my tenant he can't finish the next job today. Will need to re-schedule and that he need to talk to me about more misc parts that will needed because of corrosion. Really? He looked under when he came to evaluate the job. I called office and they told me if my tenant and I didn't like the scheduling I could hire another plumber. At this point I decided that it best we parted ways. I have never had such poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I rate them the lowest of bad businesses.

I can't say enough good things! Had my hot water heater go at 7 pm and called Aqua Fresh and by 2 pm the next day it was fixed at a fair price and excellent service faster than I could have imagined! Super polite, explained everything, always wore his mask and was as safe as could be! Highly recommend!

Our water heater broke on the last day of 2020. What a year! Hours after we placed a call with our home insurance company a guy from Aqua Fresh Plumbing came over to check things out. He promised to come to replace the water heater on Saturday after the New Year, and they did. Fantastic job; they cleaned quite a bit of the flood in our garage as well. I like that they came as early as they could so that we can have a nice hot bath again tonight. Thanks!
