I was getting the run around from three other plumbing companies that my home warranty assigned. One never called me, one said they can come out in 5 days and the last one said they don't have time! I called my home warranty and gave them a piece of my mind... they said they would make it right and they did by assigning it to Aqua Fresh! Peter was great! He came out to my house less than 24 hours from the time they received the call and fixed our backed up main in minutes! We have our toilets and showers back after 5 days! Thank you Peter and Aqua fresh plumbing! Professional and courteous service!

Very unprofessional and rude and unqualified plumber, overpriced, and this guy Peter doesn't even know how to diagnose. When I asked what's the problem with the faucet, he can't answer, but keep asking me what's wrong? Ordered me to turn on this & that for him.

Danny came out Sunday afternoon to unclog the toilets and bathtubs in my duplex. He did a great job, finally the stubborn clogging problem was fixed. I appreciate that Aqua Fresh was able to handle the job during a weekend. The company we were initially assigned to by Home Warranty wouldn't be able to get to the job until next Wed. Obviously nobody wanted to suffer the situation for several days. Their turnaround was a lot faster.

After First American Home Warranty called 17 places and got nowhere I called headquarters and told them to look a little further away. They found Peter from Aqua Fresh who fixed my toilet in no time. He even asked about my second bedroom and even though I said it seemed ok he checked that one for me too. No problem. He is very nice and thorough. I will definitely tell First American Home Warranty to put Aquia Fresh at the top of their list. Or call them directly for all your plumbing needs

The Plummer Peter was horrendously very rude and so was his co-worker Danny both very unprofessional at all level! Pls beware of this company as many on Google review had indicated. I had contacted Home warranty to advise them to have this company remove from their list of contractors, it only gives them a bad name!

Totally unprofessional people. Peter was rude when he called me. Its either their way or highway. He called me and said he can only come now and when I said I needed to talk to my home warranty, he got mad and said why you need to talk to them. I told me who is he to tell me that. He came to fix the Faucet and he was really rude with my mom. I reported him to my home warranty right away. I had to call someone else to fix the work he did. Stay away from these guys.

Our sink had a continuous link so we called Aqua Fresh to come help us out. They were nothing short of amazing. Peter, our technician was excellent! He diagnosed the issue, and confirmed we would need a new faucet. Then proceeded to do an amazing job with the install. Quick, efficient; and everything works perfectly! Thank you again.
