I was charged 550 for a cleanout that could not be finished,the plumber told us it would be a couple hundred bucks for the 2 total hours they were there.I tried numerous times to speak with the plumber or supervisor Meaghan told me they would call and never did over a 4 week period, terrible communication plus 550 for 2 hour and not being able to finish the job it was hard to believe

Aqua flow came out to my house Monday to fix a leaky kitchen sink. My techs were tony and Immanuel. Tony was absolutely professional, courteous, respectful, and honest. He quickly identified the issue and provided a quick solution. He communicated with my home warranty program to make sure everything would be covered. If I ever have another plumbing leak I will definitely call Aqua flow and request Tony!!

We ran into a calcified water shut-off valve in a bathroom we were remodeling and needed a plumber to come in and replace the valves under the sick. We cleared everything out and stayed home from work to receive the plumber from Aqua Flow.

He arrived on time, which was great, but within a couple of minutes told us that the pipes were welded and he'd have to torch them off. To do that, he'd need access to the pipes through the wall.

Luckily, this bathroom and the relevant pipes abut up against the garage, so it's really easy for us to cut into the drywall and give the plumber access. But the plumber refuses to wait the couple of minutes for us to call into that wall, says he has other appointments, and leaves.

Basically, we cleared out the bathroom and stayed home from work on a Friday for nothing to get done. I'm at a loss for what other appointments the plumber had to make it to when that was our appointment time.

We ended up calling an emergency plumber who was able to come out the next morning, change the valves (without needing access to them from the wall!), and even helped us moved the sink in question out of the bathroom.

tl:dr - showed up on time, refused to do the work, left.

I can see why everyone asks for Tony all the time. He's great! I was running late because nobody was at home; yet, Tony was very patient and waited for me there for half an hour. He was very informational and professional and was very easy to work with. Explained to me everything I needed to hear and gave me tips on how to run the water smoothly. Hats off to Tony!

I am a single mom with two kids. When my home insurance company sent Aqua Flow, I was scared and expecting the worst. I had sewage backup and stoppage. Tony from Aquaflow went above and beyond to ID the problem, fix it correctly (I had just had the main line rodded three months prior but they did not go out far enough) and then Tony took the time to explain everything to me so I could understand what had happened. He patiently answered my dozens of questions. He gave me suggestions to prevent the problem in the future. I am so appreciative that he took the time and made the effort to make sure the job was done right and done well. It is so hard to find great and quality service these days.... ask for Tony! I will never use another plumber but Tony from AquaFlow again!

""Tony"" came out today to fix a problem that another plumber didn't fix. Got here quick, courteous and got my shower flowing again. The other guys wanted to tear out the wall when apparently it was just a valve. Soooo happy now. Thanks Tony I appreciate you and your business very much.

Tony came out just a few hours after we called and fixed our backed up sewer line. He was professional, clean, and kind. He was careful to explain things (without being patronizing). I'll definitely be using these folks again. I am so grateful.
