The were sent out for home warranty work and I had the following issues. They tried to upcharge me for no reason, they didn't do the work, they wouldn't return phone calls, they took my deductible, and my plumber was unprofessional. They said they did the job and got paid on it, which they didn't, and that put me through hell with the warranty company. I'd look for reliable and honest plumbing elsewhere.

Tony came out to check our lines after a village sewer back up occurred. He took the time to check everything out at my home to make sure we are still flowing good and everything was working great. Thanks to Tony for braving the late April snow to make sure our plumbing needs were met. Tony is very friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with.

Not on time, not friendly, unprofessional

Tank needed to be replaced and Bill suggested he could come back Tuesday to replace when it was Friday. Ok... who wants to go that many days without hot weather - ugh not me

Either bringing in the new tank or taking out the old, they knicked my 'real' hard wood floor and didn't even acknowledge what they did and it was very noticeable

Tony was very nice, professional. Arrived on time. Came to fix my garbage disposal that had been installed incorrectly by my contractor's plumber. Thank goodness Tony knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Took minutes! Tony wore gloves and was very conscientious of my home and time. Tony took pictures. Was in and out of my home quickly while doing a very neat job in a timely manner. Thank you!

What a poor plumbing company. They sent a tech out to my place to investigate hot water not working in my shower.

The tech told me he could fix it. He opened up the entire shower fixture and then said he couldn't fix it. He then said he was still going to charge me to put it back together. I told him I wasn't paying for that and that he didn't need to put it back together. He showed me a shower valve and said once I take this out I have to replace it. I told him don't worry about it. Leave it. Do not recommend using this company at all.

For plumber, Tony has always been my personal choice. With his training, practical knowledge & honest principles I feel a sense of confidence and peace of mind. He's also prompt.

March 27,18 we had an issue with our shower that needed repairing. The shower was making a very loud screeching humming noise that a when a handy man came out to fix it he could not figure out what the problem was. Tony Joesph arrived from AquaFlow and assessed the issue ..NO PROBLEM! The very next next day we noticed there was flooding on the floor in our mudroom area, then noticed a damp and sweaty wall up the stairs, and finally found a old leaky valve at 7:30am the next morning.

I put the call in and Tony arrived back before 9am and again assessed the problem. He knew what he was doing, had all the equipment to do so, and was out in less than a hour. Tony is very attentive, diligent, and will get the job done!!! I thought he would have to leave and get the piece needed and come back, but Tony had everything in his truck needed to complete the job. Not only is he very professional but the nicest and most cordial plumber you could meet.

I have a whole house warranty through Sears. I have had several vendors come out this past year and all were horrible experiences. Aqua Flow came out today. And their technician Bogdan. Was professional knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations. Great representation of their company. They are now my primary plumbing reference and I will make sure all my neighbors use them for any plumbing needs. Thanks again.
