My experience was that this company Aquaflow Plumbing (a.k.a. JC Plumbing) is DISHONEST and lacks integrity in their work. I had them out to my property in Boulder to put in a pipe burst in July of 2014 to replace my sewer line. Unfortunately, we found out a month later they failed to connect part of the line from my house to the new sewer line. They abandoned half of it and left in the dirt. I understand that mistakes can happen but, Dave ? (don't know his last name) who is the owner or manager is pathetic one. He ignores every communication we send or leave by voicemail. I finally reached him when I used a a different phone number. It is very, very disappointing, to say the least and Dave should feel ashamed for treating people/customers like he does. I am out a $1000.00 plus for his people's mistake and I will be taking him to court plus, now, he will owe attorney and court fees. What a hassle for both of us for his lack good business ethics, trustworthiness and utter lack of morals and decency.

These guys are awesome. I have had them out 3 times, they are prompt, courteous, do a great job and very reasonably priced.

I cannot recommend Aquaflow. Their customer service is terrible!

I called them to repair a toilet leaking into a ceiling below. They sent an apprentice who replaced the wax ring, but overlooked the real problem, a perforated cast iron elbow below the toilet, not the wax ring. The problem continued.

Repeated calls got no response until I called once late in the evening. The owner came back, discovered the problem after opening up the ceiling, and promised me an estimate. I never got an estimate, the company never returned my calls, and now I had a big hole in my ceiling, leaking water.

After waiting several days, and calling several times, I contacted another company, Burger & Sons, who promptly repaired the problem.

Aquaflow simply refused to deal with the problem, but they kept the $124.00 I paid for an inexperienced and unsupervised trainee to do a repair for which he was not qualified.

I would not recommend this company! They came back twice to fix a running toilet and still it did not work. When I contacted them a 3rd time, they ignored my calls. I was out over $100 for work that was not complete. I have since contacted Total Plumbing and would highly recommend them. Do not use AquaFlow...very unprofessional!
