Called to set up an estimate on a new sprinkler system & was told sometime would be out on Saturday between 8 and 12. No call, no show.

For a larger project, I'm surprised by the lack of interest. I'll be happy to work with another company who actually wants my business.

I emailed them to get a quote for irrigation system. They were very responsive in getting back to me the next day with additional questions on my yard. After providing their requested info, I never heard back from them. I emailed on three separate occasions to try and get a response from them and to get them to come out for an estimate with no luck. If they won't even respond to a potential new piece of business, I can only imagine the responsiveness once they have my money.

Aqua Fiori installed and has serviced our system in River Forest for seven years or so. The system was very well designed to begin with. The small bit of service it has needed is to be expected, and they have been-ultra responsive. Gino, the owner, is a total pro.

Their website says ""Founded in 1988, we have over 20 years experience working throughout the Chicago and Chicago Suburban areas."" I am located within 20 minutes from them and live on the Northwest side of Chicago near Park Ridge, and the owner would not come that far. Really? That is incredibly poor customer service and false advertising. I have another company coming from Lake Zurich to give an estimate!
