After convincing me they were a family business and they wouldn't do me dirty like Roto Rooter or Precision, Chris came out for a plumbing issue where my kitchen, bathroom sink, and shower were all backed up. I had roots or something like that in my sewer line.

Chris got my bathroom working but was too lazy to look at my kitchen and told me to snake it out myself with an item from a hardware store. Well I did and no luck.

Guy also talks on his phone a lot so there's that. Says he's afraid of dogs because he either got bit or was almost bit. Maybe the dog knew their owner was going to get ripped off.

We have been looking for a plumber we can trust, and I think we may have found them! We came back from vacation to find our sewer line was backing up when we ran the washing machine. I entered my info into Angies List and Aqua City was the first name to pop up that had a lot of positive reviews. Mere minutes after submitting the request for a quote, Chris called me and scheduled an appointment for the following day! Great! He and an assistant showed up on-time and cleared out the line. Excellent price for excellent work. The next time I need plumbing work done, I'll be calling them!

Long story short, Chris was able to fit me into his schedule that same day! Very professional services, great guys that came with him, cleaned up after themselves (giant kudos, by the way), and got the job done!

Absolutely the worst service ever. Set an appointment for 1pm and owner of company was a no show. My Wife called him and he had the nerve to have an attitude with her because she was asking where he was as I had been waiting on him for over 20 minutes and hung up on her. I obtained his number and called him and he stated he's not coming back. He understood he was 20 minutes late but had been working since 5am and pulled over to eat a sandwich. I advised him a quick call would have been nice seeing I took time out of my schedule to meet him at the property. His reply is he was taking time out of his day to accommodate this appointment as if he was not being paid for a service. Then had the audacity to state he doesn't want my money and he doesn't want to work with ""you people"". Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered.

First and foremost, I have used AquaCity plumbing 3Xs. I manage two homes to help my extended family as well as my own. All on one income and I don't have many funds left over. They are truly very professional and more than reasonably priced. Their pricing Typically beats all comparables by 40% less, providing quality work and obtaining all permits. I rarely write reviews, but AcuaCity takes the cake. I will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone who asks. They are now my personal plumbers! Thank you Chris!

Don't waste your time. He will quote you a price and then charge you almost 50% more in a few weeks. Then he'll make an appointment and never show. His assistant almost burned down my house. He drop his torch and the drop cloth started burning. And this was next to the gas water heater in the basement.
