This company likes to scam new customers that don't know about water filtration. They try to make you think that you're buying a high quality, upgraded system when in fact they're selling you the economy system. Their customer service is non existent and they survive off of first time customers. If this was the only company around, I still wouldn't use them. I highly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs.

set me up for a free demo offering a gift card for my time. Said it would take 30 min it took more than 2 1/2 hours...and guess what??? no gift card. So if you are not honest about that.. I'm certain all the other offers were dishonest as well.. I'll pass.

Amazing and reliable service. Luis is the best and goes above and beyond for us at our home. Sometimes our system can be hard to access or locked and we'll come home to a note asking us to call when we're home so he can come back. Our system has never had a problem and the salt deliveries are on point. Literally nothing I could say in the negative about this company. Thank you AquaCare and Luis.

I have been a customer with Aqua Care for over 20 years. Larry personally set up my system and has kept it running faithfully since. Whenever I had a problem they were quick to respond and get me back running after hours and weekends. You can not find a better company to supply support for your home water system.

The sound of rushing water at one's home is most often not a desirable sound. Saturday afternoon around 5pm, heard and discovered water rushing from our whole house water conditioner. Called Aqua Care and reached answering service as it was after-hours. Within 10 minutes a technician returned my call and walked me through a procedure which quite simply fixed the problem. Then on Monday, the company followed-up assuring and educating me as to what had occurred. Fantastic service and highly recommend

I have called for service from this company several times over the years. Never truly satisfied with their service. Had a problem with water pressure a few months ago. Contacted them, tech came out and just pulled a pipe apart and claimed pressure should be good now as water just ran out all over the ground, I could have done that myself for free!!!! Recently had a problem with tank overflowing. Contacted them again (giving them the benefit of a doubt). Explained the problem and that I was aware that the cord was bad on the pressure switch. A tech came out and diagnosed outlet to be bad and the cord to pressure switched needed to be replaced. I said OK, I will have the outlet replaced. Was then told by Aqua care to call them when the electrician was here and they would come and replace the cord. I contacted Mr. Sparky (who I do recommend), tech came out as scheduled. I then contacted Aqua Care to remind them that I was told to let them know when the electrician was here so they could come back out to replace the cord. I informed the electrician that they were supposed to come out while he was here. They never showed up or even bothered to call me back. The electrician hard wired a new cord so that I could at least have water. He finished (and he was here for a few hrs) then left. He actually called me back a few hrs later to ask if Aqua care ever came. I told him """"no, they never showed or even bothered to call me back"""". I was not contacted by Aqua Care until a week or 2 later to say they were ready to come out to take care of the problem. Since I already had the problem that they were supposed to come out and take care of, solved. I told them the brine tank was not operating properly so they could come out and check it for me (again thinking that I'd give them the benefit of a doubt). When they came back, they serviced the brine tank and said it should be good. I knew that it was time for a new pressure tank, so I had them install one, everything seemed to be ok. Well low and behold not even a week later I went out to the water system and water was flowing out everywhere! Had to shut everything down to stop the it. I called Aqua Care back to let them know what was going on and they wanted to charge me another $160.00 service fee on top of however much they were going to add on for another repair. I explained to the tech that they were JUST out here! He tried to tell me that the work they did had nothing to do with the problem I was having. BS! I told them to forget it that I was done with them. I will never recommend this company to anyone. You're better off with a good Handyman or Youtube it and DIY!!!!! I solved the problem myself with a $10.00 section of hose from Lowe's. If I could give 0 stars I would and """"yes, I will post my name"""": Glenda McAbee

Not the best experience with these folks from the position of standing by their work and their quality of service provided. Office people super nice and came out by appointment about a week out which wasn't bad. Had low flow water for our under sink RO filtration system. In the past it was simply replacing filters or membrane issue which needed replaced. Charged 175.00 for visit, labor, and membrane. Got home to find the same problem. Because of work demand, it took me a few days to contact them back to let them know. I was told it would be another $95 for another visit, five days after service was performed. In addition, and labor and parts required. I cannot take a day off from work, pay another $175-250 additional in labor, trip charges etc, when it's very obvious the tech did not stay long enough to test the system, to see if the pressure issue was resolved. Cannot fill a 12 oz cup before it runs out of water. Went online to troubleshoot, and found out if I replaced all the filters and membrane, the only other issue it could be was the lack of adequate pressure psi in the tank. The office person I spoke with today did talk to a supervisor and came back with waiving the trip charge ONLY if THEY determine he did something wrong (that'll never happen), otherwise I'll be charged for everything twice. What is it with water filtration companies in this area? These companies never seem to stand by their service provided or equipment sold. Five days. Literally five days after the work was done. Not good at all. Very sad. I really liked my initial impression of this company.

They came out and redid my water well system and the product and price was fantastic. They came back out a month later to recheck everything and was great. The only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is I signed up for the salt service where they check and fill salt plus clean the aerator. The service. Is $50/month but when they did not come out in December I asked and they stated they come out every 5-6 weeks but still had to pay $50 month. I kept them a couple of months after that but then canceled the service as it had no value. So if you need something replaced they are great but the service contract is not close to the value.
