I am a General Contractor and had Adam and the Aqua Bear team out on a Major remodel. This Job was very complicated and had many unknowns. Adam handled every part of this job with excellence and care. They were very efficient but also did an outstanding job. They kept their work environment exceptionally clean and almost went unnoticed. The price was fair, and I even venture to say their quality far exceeded their price. If I could give them more stars, I most definitely would. I 100% would recommend it!!

The response time was great. They communicated about the arrival time of our technician, also good! We had two leaks at our sprinkler/landscaping system. The technician seemed uninterested in fixing anything that day and just wanted to give a quote first, letting the leaks continue? He advised to run all new piping across my garage to the other side of the house, cut the cement and put all new plumbing in. Looked like he just wanted to make a sale! Said he would send a quote. Didn't hear back after two days, so we called another plumber who was able to replace a turn-off valve in an hour and charged us $72. Not impressed with Aqua Bear, and I won't call them again.

We had a gas line ran from one side of our house to the other and Aqua Bear plumbing did a great job! They were so responsive when we asked for a quote, they came out right away and then when we were ready to have it done Adam did a great job with the install and was very professional. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Never do any service from this company. They lie and never be on time on communication and service. I am not happy with this company service not professional. They ordered the water heater to my shop and I agreed with the price and I deposited $360 and the rest I would pay the installed day and then Megan told me that the order would take 4 weeks to receive and would have to install on 072522 but it did not come on time and I installed for me on August 1 without letting me know when I was out of town. Then I talked Adam on Viber on that day to pay him the rest on the phone $3240 that we both agreed. Adam told me that he sent my old water heater back to Home Depot that I wanted to get credit from the old water heater under 4 year warranty. He lied and did not return my old heater to Home Depot and stole it. I went back to Home Depot and showed them the RMA#, stayed there for 3 hours but the tech did not find the heater returned there. Also, they charged separate charge of $126.36 in my credit card without telling me. I called and texted Megan, Adam and nobody returned my calls. I lost my old water heater that I told the tech to return it to Home Depot after the installment . Bad service, not professional and overcharges that not telling the customers, NOT recommend this company.

We had Blue Bear Plumbing come out and jet our waste line from the sink to the restrooms fearing a underslab broken pipe. Worked through 50 years of gunk on the inside of the pipes and after about 40 minutes, line cleared, sent the camera in and we were not able to locate a break !! Will hopefully don't have to call them again, but if we have another issue, we will be calling Blue Bear Plumbing!

Great response used twice I really recommend! Friendly technicians and they look for the cause of the problem and diagnose. The last visit, we were not even charged. No company does that anymore.

Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional for this service call to diagnose and fix our tankless water heater issue. Thankfully it was a quick fix, and they even provided documentation as to the cause for our HOA's and development's benefit. We would use this service if needed.
