I had requested a quote and received a call a day later (most plumbers told me they were too busy) We had unfortunately started working with another plumber to meet our accelerated timeline. The estimate that was provided was inline with others and very pleasant.

We will consider them for future plumbing projects.

Horrible customer service. Reached out to get a quote and never head back from them. Reached out again about a month later and was provided with a very high quote. When I asked for only partial services to be completed they denied and said it was a waste of time for them and they weren't interested in working with us. Would not recommend this company at all.

I'd recommend finding a better plumber if you're reading this.

These guys were quick to respond when a flooded toilet. They give you an honest update on your situation and advise best course of action. They actually fit us in earlier then planned as they didn't get a delivery for another job on time. I appreciated them thinking of us. We ended up having them install 3 new toilets in our townhome. Also they helped us with a DIY faucet install that my husband was stuck on. They told us what part to buy so he could finish the job himself. Buy 3 toilets get free sink advice!

I thought the bath tub was leaking and after the poor plumber came out in 5 seconds he reviewed it and showed me that there was in deed hot water coming out. The previous plumber didn't know what he was talking about. These guys are smart and knowledgable. Highly recommend.

We needed a new sink and garbage disposal put in ASAP. Bruce and his crew came in, replaced our sink and disposal no problem. Its amazing how it looks. The only part that required patience was making sure to let the caulk dry 24 hours after. Once that time passed game on. Sink is awesome. Disposal is church mouse quiet. (OK, I may be exaggerating some.) Quality job! Wife has stop complaining about the sink. Headache is gone. Hope she doesn't see this. I will be calling Aptos Plumbing for any future needs. Thanks!

Bruce and team (Ariel & others), came out and installed a tankless water heater, whole house water softener, entire new set up of PEX to replace all our pipes under the house and removed our old water heater tank. It was a big job and they a fantastic job. Ariel was the lead on our job and he was great. Easy to work with and very good at their job. Bruce was great, you can tell he knows what he is doing and cares about doing the job the RIGHT way and having employees that know what they're doing. Sabrina the front desk is prompt at returning calls and getting urgent service if needed. I highly recommend this team, they are a small business but do an excellent job and only have high quality great staff that know how to do plumbing. We will work with them in the future for sure! Price was also reasonable, probably helped that we did everything at once. PS: this project was installed 6 months ago (our previous system was causing all kinds of clogs weekly - so much money spent on drano over the years). Everything has been working beautifully! So happy we finally were able to do this project and that we found outstanding folks to do it.

My sink and garbage disposal broke at the same time, and I needed a plumber so I called Aptos Plumbing. I had several problems with them. First, they showed up at the very end of the timing window they quoted (12-2) and did not call first. I went out and met them, and told them I had two sleeping babies, which they heard but did not regard. I understand that sometimes installing sinks makes noise, but they slammed the doors and were generally not respectful of my request. He came with another person and was not careful about wearing a mask, or was wearing it with his nose out for some of the time. They charged me $447 for just 1 hour of work installing a sink and a garbage disposal which seems super high. I would not recommend them.

Aptos Plumbing came out and replaced our gas lines the same day we called. It was a major fix, and they were fantastic: professional, thorough, and efficient.. I highly recommend them!!!

My kitchen sink faucet went from a tiny leak to a waterfall leaving me scrambling to pull the disorganized mess of cleaning products and stuff that shouldn't have ever been under there (don't judge me) out and shove a bucket that I hoped was lined up with the torrential flow of H2O. Now comes the fun part. Call the landlord, wait for a reply...can't get anybody there for like a week. Seriously?! Wait, it gets better. So when they finally send someone, it's a handyman with new boxed faucet under arm and none of the right tools. I spent the next two hours listening to some rather colorful explitives, and excuses as to why he couldn't seem to figure it out. Finally he concedes and after another volley of phone calls with the landlord, an actual plumber arives at my door a couple of hours later. I should be at least irritated, perhaps apoplectic, but I've grown accustomed to these drawn out repair jobs. So I greet the plumber with a casual ""hey"" come on in... . I have to say he was extremely professional and courteous. He explained to me why what the other guy did hadn't worked, showed me parts, even made sure I didn't accidentally toss out the clip-on- tool (which looks a bit like something you'd see on a guess what this is game show) conveniently clipped to a hose under the sink which can apparently sometimes fall off (who knew?). He went on to replace the faucet lickety split, stayed long enough to make sure it wasn't leaking, cleaned up his mess (what?! They never do that), left me a business card in case there were any problems, and simply let me go back to my life with a now working kitchen faucet. Seriously, I cannot recommend this company strongly enough. If you're a renter, I may go as far as to ask you to demand that your landlord call this place. Just do it!
