Terrible customer service, rude and unprofessional owner, and I wouldn't do business with someone of this nature. Owner likes to cut people off in traffic and yell Insults.

Called Corey about my sewer leak at my company and since he couldn't make it I called Mr. Rooter in League City. Corey warned me about scam companies that advertise low pricing only to gouge you when the arrive. True to form, I was told that I needed my entire line replaced due to roots for $4950 and it could be done over the weekend. Of course I didn't bite and had the drain unplugged this morning for free with a water hose! It pays to have an honest plumber! Thank you Corey for saving me from dishonest companies.

I was in the drive thru this morning and the owner of the company was in his work van behind me. He insulted me in the drive thru by talking loudly out his open window about my car, and then he almost hit me pulling out of the parking lot because he decided that he was more important and had to zoom around me and cut me off. When I called the number on the side of the van to complain he told me that he was the owner of the company, and that it was too bad, and I should just suck it, because I was a dumb bitch. I would never work with that kind of jerk and I hope nobody else ever hires him either.

The guys are always on time when called. No negatives here, I run a commercial space in Clear Lake and always call APT. Give them a shot and see for yourself.
