This company was called out by a tenant. They had a sewer back up called us to have it repaired. we told them to call a company and have it done. They called this company and was quoted a price of $350. to have the drain cleared. They called us back and we told them it was too much and to call someone else. This company continued to work and cleared the line without permission. They then charged $475 just to clear of line or roots. They left a mess and did not put the area back together. When called to inquired about this job they refused to accept that they had any culpability on their end. They would not return any of the excessive charges. I would suggest that people do not use such a company.

When Anthony removed our hot water heater that was in a closet in a bedroom he damaged the drywall, soiled the carpet that was protected with a tarp and took no responsibility for the damages. Not to mention they insulated us by trying to say we were trying to hide an old stain. The carpet had been newly installed, which is why we being proactive to protect it. When we held some money back for the damages they threatened to put a lien against our house. After going through major hurricane repairs they added insult to injury.

Anthony was very prompt and professional and knows his trade. He changed out some cartridges in some valve in the master bath. Another plumber wanted to open the wall, Anthony was knowledgeable enough that he did it without opening the wall. Thank you everyone I called A++ they were here within two hours. We bought the house yesterday and the water company wouldn't turn the water on due to a leak outside. I am extremely happy with the service and the price!
