We had a bad experience with this company recently. The tech they sent didn't try to determine what was leaking under our sink, he just guessed what the issue could be and then gave us (hefty) quotes for replacement parts. Frustrated, my husband tightened a couple connections under the sink (something the tech hadn't even bothered to try) and completely fixed the issue! I'm so relieved we didn't spend $$$ on unnecessary work when the issue was so simple.

They charged me $69 just to come out and quote a small job, then I never heard from them again. No quote, no nothing. I hired someone else and feel that they basically stole $69 from me. Shame on them.

If you want it done right Approved Plumbing is the way to go. They went out of there way to make sure all aspects of our commercial remodel were handled. Everything was super professional and completed ahead of schedule. Five stars and my thanks to this great team!

Pleasant phone reception and same day service. Technician was equally pleasant, professional and efficient. $258 seemed pricey for a 2-hour job to snake a clogged kitchen sink. I would use this service again and recommend to others.

AP called before dispatching the technician (Mike M) to make sure the time was still good. Job was reviewed then explained honestly and thoroughly. Being a ""no shoes in the house"" family, I really appreciated the fact that Mike wore disposable booties over his work boots while in the house. Job done well but its the small details like the phone confirmation, the time taken to show and explain the problem and the steps to fix it, and attention to cleanliness that will keep AP in our go-to phone list.

Needed two gas lines for the laundry and grille. Problem was that the basement was finished. Carl C. and Luke at Approved Plumbing did a great job. Cost was fair for quality work that I can trust. Great work and cleaned up after installation. Very professional throughout.
