Garbage, I have one furnace and a water heater. A switch blew on the water heater and I called them to come look at it. They would not come around without signing up for a service agreement with them. They gave me no option in the type of agreement and they put me on the silver plan.
The guy came round and switched the switch ,lit the boiler which took literally 2mins and said he would not serviced the unit until the fall and gave me the $600 bill. 2 months later and still no service I called them to make an appt and waited another month to get one. They call Friday to confirm, I take off work Monday and they never show. I call them Tuesday and they say they called to cancel Monday AM . I ask to repeat my number and they say area code is 847?
They are just full of crap. They have my address they have already called and they won't come complete a service.
I ask for a refund as they fail to complete any service on a service agreement they made me sign up for before they came around without an option on the type of coverage I wanted. Now they won't refund my and we are 7 weeks to the holidays.

As per the review above these are just cowboys, nothing but crooks over charge and do nothing for the money . 100% disgrace to the industry

After reading some of the negative reviews about Appolo I decided I need to add my two cents worth..I am not sure where to start because my experience with them was horrific. I bought a contract (bronze) for $770.90 for maintenance of my burner and air conditioners. When the tech got to my house he declared that I had 3 air conditioners which I didn't realize they counted the central as one and each of the split units one each to the additional cost of $221..65 a grand total of $992.55. If I had known this upfront I would not have had them even TOUCH my air conditioners because the tech broke one of them but he claimed that a snake had shorted it out..long story short..no snake.. ended up with a broken unit. Oh, they offered to replace both of them for over $7,000.00. In my opinion they are crooks as well as incompetent except for the tech that serviced my burner..he knew what he was doing thank goodness. I had numerous discussions with various personnel regarding the fact that the tech they finally sent out (the one that came to my house originally was no longer with them..wonder why?) looked at the broken unit and he asked me if I was shown the snake I said no, my fault I should have asked to see it. He said there is no sign of any snake. When I explained all this to the various personnel I spoke to they didn't believe it..no proof they said well there was no proof there was a snake either. After numerous phone calls and several tech visits nothing came of all this over a period of several months. I will NOT be renewing a contract with them for the coming year and will tell anyone and everyone that will listen about this terrible experience so they will beware!
