Stay away. Terrible customer service. Arrogant attitude l, does not show on time, missed appointment two times and does not have transparent pricing. They charged for 50% of the repair, waiving the visit costs without showing up to fix the problem. Arguing and discussing without listening, no sense of what customer service is about, I have never had such a bad experience in Cincinnati
