Terrible, terrible service. The ice maker in my KitchenAid refrigerator stopped working. The repairman took 5 minutes and diagnosed that I needed a new one. I payed 70 bucks for the diagnosis, which the repairman said would be applied toward the installation of the new ice maker. Ok..... let's see, 7 weeks later, multiple phone calls, lies and lies from the office telling me over and over again that the part had been ordered and it was on its way. Actually, in the beginning, every time I called to check when they were coming back I was told someone would call me back in just a few minutes with a status report. Maddening. Absolutely maddening. The last phone call was a promise from me to them that I would get on Yelp and write a review, and after placing me on hold for a second time, I have an appointment for them to come and install the part in 2 days. The person on the phone initially told me the part AGAIN wasn't in yet and then he changed the story and got me on the schedule for the repair. I will post again after the visit. (I asked to speak to a manager every time I called and no luck.) NEVER AGAIN will I use them.
