I ordered a part 2/6/22. Got notice that part was shipped 2/11/22. Over a week later fedex still shows as label printed and waiting on shipment. Every time I attempt to cancel they just send that same garbage that the part is shipped. I send them proof that it's not shipped and they ignore me. They are a SCAM!

DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR COMPANY. I called Appliance Repair 365 because they were close to my house. It was my fault for not investigating them in more detail. The Repairman showed up and claimed to have fixed my dryer. He said that his credit card reader didn't work and he needed cash or check (red flag). He also said to make the check out directly to himself, Jeffrey Talley (red flag #2). He left and the dryer was not fixed. When I called the company, they claimed that there was no Jeffrey Tally working there and they would not help me. Looks like I got scammed. You have been warned. Hopefully you do not fall for my mistake.

Very expensive for non manufacture tech repairs I made the mistake of not getting multiple quotes before hand and it cost me bigtime. The tech replaced a water inlet valve on one refrigerator and a water line on another, the bill was $560. I was expecting $350. Subsequently, I checked the cost of the parts and got quotes from other local, non manufacturer, repair services. The other services said the cost (parts and labor) would be about $300 - $350 for both repairs. The tech said he used the GE national pricing book for the water inlet valve repair, but he's not a GE technician and he didn't use an OEM part. The repair took 30 minutes, he charged $321. He charged $219 to replace the water line and $20 for the part, it took him less than 30 minutes. He does good work, but charges a premium price ($400 per hour on site), and works out of his car.

You will be happy if you call Darius. He came promptly fixed the problem and was pleasant and professional. Getting appliances fixed can be a pain but Appliance Repair 365 was the solution.

After reading reviews of a few different companies, I contacted Darius to come look at my very loud dryer. At first it looked to be an expensive part replacement, but Darius looked closer and was able to resolve the issue with maintenance of the machine and avert the part breaking down! He was very straightforward and did a great job. I will definitely be using him again!
