I had my microwave installed today. The service Tom provided was amazing. He measured the space out and took real care in this project. He was very communicative, informative and knowledgeable. The charge of services was also very affordable. Below are pics of the old microwave and new one.

Needed a gas dryer installed. Before contacting Appliance Pros and Plumbing I bought what I thought were the correct parts for install, turned out to be all wrong. Appliance Pros and Plumbing gave an estimate that was competitive and fair. They thoroughly explained what was wrong and offered to supply and install the correct parts but didn't pressure me into an upsell. What more can I say? They were knowledgeable, thorough and fair. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family.

I can't believe how awesome the service was with Appliance Pros. My Mom's stove was down to one working burner and I wanted to give her new one for Christmas. I got in contact with this company via Home Depot installation services. Richard called me within a few hours and that same day, Tom came out to our house to take measurements. I found the unique size of our stove online and it got delivered Friday. I called Richard Saturday morning and he and Tom showed up later the same day! Im so blessed that they helped get my Mom a stove installed and ready for Christmas dinner. Efficient quick professional and clean, I will also be using them for the installation of a hood in a couple of weeks. Thanks guys!

Vince and Richard did an excellent job installing my new KitchenAid wall oven / microwave combo. They showed up on time, started by measuring the space to ensure that the new oven would fit in place of the old one, unpacked the new oven, removed the old oven, physically installed the new oven and hooked up the electrical. Before leaving, they set the clock, tested the microwave and oven, and told me to run the oven for an hour to burn off residue chemicals from the factory. The relatively simple swap went exactly as expected. Couldn't ask for more.

Our tech (Richard) maintained communication with me throughout the process and explained everything he was doing. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and quickly.
