I am so disappointed and thoroughly disgusted with this company. My very elderly mother called to have her swamp cooler turned on for the season. She was charged $350 for them to turn the water on, put the plug in and put a Clorox tablet in it. She was also sold a useless service package that DOES NOT COVER THE SWAMP COOLER!! She ended up paying over $500 that she doesn't have.
I think what happened was that the service guy saw an old woman with very obviously cognitive issues and took advantage of the situation. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
