Shoutout to Tyler for such a great experience. At first, I was feeling a bit hesitant to call a plumber to come over and install my faucet due to poor experiences I've had in the past with other places, but Applewood Plumbing has restored my faith! Thank you so much to Tyler for giving me the cost breakdown, estimated time, etc. He's highly approachable, transparent, knowledgable, and you can tell he really cares beyond the job. My new faucet looks incredible all thanks to his hard work. If you're ever in need of plumbing services, 10/10 recommend giving them a call!!

I called Applewood Plumbing to inquire about having a swamp cooler on my back patio replaced, Sam Crippen came to my home on May 11 and didn't seem too interested in the job but said he'd let me know the cost etc. I also wanted a valve in the basement which controlled the swamp cooler water supply lowered so I could reach it. I never heard from him again. I spoke to Denise on May 19 and questioned why Mr. Crippen never contacted me. I have never heard from her either. Customer service is certainly lacking in this company. Good service and affordable prices here. It took me a little bit to decide who I wanted to help get my water heater replaced but these guys stood out to me because of their fast service. They could get me in early on a Saturday morning so I figured why not. I was actually surprised at how fast they switched out my old tank with the new one... They did it like a well-oiled machine. I was impressed. Their prices weren't the cheapest but how can you beat next morning service??? I would call that a win. I liked em a lot. I probably won't use anyone else in the future for this kind of stuff.

I just have to say WOW. They get 5 stars for the amazing service and TRULY caring about customers. For them it's not about making a fast dollar. When I called in a few days ago I was telling them about how I couldn't get my kitchen sink to stop leaking. It was driving me absolutely nuts and they put me on the schedule as fast as they could. When their plumber was done he literally didn't even charge me! Not one dime. He just asked for my customer loyalty if I ever need anything down the road again. You have a customer for life!!! Thank you!!

Great experience with them! I could not get my bathroom sink to stop dripping and it was driving me crazy. They were nice.. got it repaired.. and made sure no other faucets in my house were going to leak... :) great job!

The service is excellent and they are willing to stay out later than their normal hours just to make their customers happy! It's obvious that it's no fun being without hot water and they recognize this. They make water heater problems a top priority and make sure their costumers get seen ASAP. Our plumber was Tyler and he was good. He showed up on time and then fixed our water heater. Not only that but he offered to check out our plumbing items in our home free of charge. After he cleared everything and said everything was up to pay he left and asked if there was anything else he could've improved on. My immediate thought was no! HE WAS AMAZING FROM THE START! Not shortly after their lender called to make sure everything went good. Honestly I can't recommend them neigh. If you're in need of your hot water heater getting back fast you have to to give them a call!!
