The service is excellent and they are willing to stay out later than their normal hours just to make their customers happy! It's obvious that it's no fun being without hot water and they recognize this. They make water heater problems a top priority and make sure their costumers get seen ASAP. Our plumber was Tyler and he was good. He showed up on time and then fixed our water heater. Not only that but he offered to check out our plumbing items in our home free of charge. After he cleared everything and said everything was up to pay he left and asked if there was anything else he could've improved on. My immediate thought was no! HE WAS AMAZING FROM THE START! Not shortly after their lender called to make sure everything went good. Honestly I can't recommend them neigh. If you're in need of your hot water heater getting back fast you have to to give them a call!!

My upstairs bathroom would not stop running. We discovered this the hard way: came home from shopping one morning and the toilet was overflowing. Water had went into the walls, all the way downstairs. It was a royal mess. We called Applewood Plumbing right away because they had good Yelp reviews and they were able to come out right away. I knew I liked them right away just by the phone call conversation. If the person that answers the phone is pushy or rude, I usually don't want to use that company. But they were patient as I explained everything. It was ""one disaster after the other"" kind of day because they also found a leaky pipe as well. They were professional, quick, and the pricing was way lower than I thought it would be for everything. They kept me calm in my plumbing crisis and I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Applewood Plumbing was my first experience with plumbers and they were very nice , friendly , professional and helpful. I didn't know what was going on with my water heater and it was making weird noises , they came to check it out and let me know there was nothing wrong with my water heater and that I shouldn't worry. They were really kind to have come out and take a look at my water heater for me and not even charge me. I really appreciate them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone .

I was so happy that I recieved a referral from a friend for these guys. Even though I trusted my friend I always follow up with my own research and checked them out on Yelp. And I liked what I saw: all 5 star reviews. I was a believer and gave them a call. When I called I had the pleasure (and luck) to speak with Zach. Especially, because he ended up being my plumber! I explained that I wanted new bathroom sink faucets in both of the bathrooms in my house. Zach informed me that he could do the job - no problem and very soon. He went over the very fair pricing with me and the work that was required in addition to a time frame of when he would be arriving. But the BEST and most considerate aspect of the 2 hour time window is that they text you when they will be arriving. That gave me a sense of peace to know what time to actually expect him, look out and listen for the door. Zack was so nice and accommodating. I was so grateful he was my plumber because he really did an amazing job and my bathroom faucets look stunning! Applewood plumbing and Zach are the best. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs as they truly are the best!
