Applewood Plumbing replaced my whole main sewer line using a trenchless pipe bursting technology. They dug two holes and pulled a new line through the old line. The best part of this is you can't even tell they were here because they dig up small areas and fill everything back in instead of digging up the whole sewer line which would mean fixing sidewalks and driveway. Every employee of this company is great to deal with, and the owner is a good guy. They are nice, clean, and do a great job. I was very impressed with the amount of equipment that they have. They also ran into some problems that many sewer line repair companies would probably charge more for, but they stick to what they quote you. A big thank you to your whole company, I wish every plumbing company was this good to deal with!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Applewood Plumbing. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and efficient!

We had been without hot water for three days, so when the plumber arrived, I was thrilled. He introduced himself, shook, my hand, and I led him to the laundry room. He checked out the hot water heater, and said it was fine, relit the pilot light, and checked my drains, finally deciding that there must have been a small clog in those lines that caused water to back up and put out the pilot light in the hot water heater. We tried to cause it to back up again by running the dishwasher and washing machine at the same time, but it wouldn't back up. In the end, he said he wouldn't charge me for the visit. I insisted, but he said that the visit didn't warrant a charge. In the end, I gave up and told him that, because of the obvious integrity of the company, they would be my plumber from now on.

Their customer service is wonderful, they have integrity, and I will never use another company. Applewood Plumbing is awesome!

I would recommend Applewood Plumbing to anyone. They Re-piped the gas lines in my new house and installed a new hot water heater. Mark first talked me though the entire process, letting me know the possible problems that might be encountered. He also kept me informed as the work was being done as to what was happening.

After the gas lines were inspected, Mark sent two of his techs to turn on the gas and install my new water heater. All his employees were polite and friendly. They got right to the job and didn't waste any time. I will definitely call on Applewood for any future plumbing needs.

When I called to make the appointment I was told they could have a plumber out the next day. I had plans to go out of town the next day so I told her the earlier they could come the better. They ended up coming first thing in the morning... what a nice surprise!

The plumber was very nice and showed me where my hot water heater was leaking. He replaced my old water heater with a new one. Prior to installing, I was informed/shown that the new tank has a dent. They said they could replace it with a new one or take $50 off. I would have preferred a new tank but I was in a hurry to go out of town so I took the $50 off.

I live in and older home and needed one of my outside water faucets fixed. It hasn't worked since I moved in but I noticed it was leaking and I couldn't shut it off. I called Applewood Plumbing and Brady came out the next day. What should have been a relatively easy fix was not. He was in and out of the crawl space many times and basically busted butt. Now I have a working outside faucet for the first time. Brady did an excellent job!

They installed a new hot water heater for me over the weekend. The plumber recommended I put a water pressure reducer in. High water pressure was the cause of the water heater failure after only 2 years of service. Also put a new emergency shut off in. Did a very good job. Clean, professional, and friendly. Would use them again.
