I don't know how good they are at dealing with sewers, but they sure are unprofessional. Anyone driving a van with a trailer who feels the need to accelerate and keep someone out of a zipper merge and look over and laugh at you while doing it I wouldn't trust with power tools.

Don't even bother calling anyone else! Someone had recommended Mike to us, so we called him first thing in the morning. It was super easy, I just texted him our info and despite having a busy day he and his partner still made it over right away in the morning. I was super impressed at how reasonable the price was! We were worried about the bill but we're pleasantly surprised! They solved the problem, were in and out quickly, and were professional & friendly! I will definitely be recommending them to all our friends in the future!

They explained what might be happening, and also pointed out things to watch for in the future that could potentially cause problems.

I never write reviews but I wanted to let everyone know how great their service was. I called them mid morning when they were busy and they asked me to text them a message with the problem and address. I received a text confirmation and within a few minutes another text saying they could be there in 45 minutes.

Their service fixing the kitchen drain was great, courteous, and very affordable. They first snaked it from the sink and then in the basement. They explained what they were doing and made sure things were cleaned up also. Customer service like that is rare and they get a 10 from me.

Recommended by a friend, I called and Mike showed up same day with a smile on his face. He fixed a clogged drain for me in a timely fashion with competence and great pricing.

I had another plumber ""fix"" this same drain a few weeks ago, I called them again because the drain went from slow to completely clogged after they ""fixed"" it. They did not stand behind their work and wanted another $500 for another solution.

By the way, Mike's price today was a of the other guy. Too bad I didn't know about Appleton Drain & Sewer Cleaning back in July.
