Don't waste your time with them.. this company is absolutely awful. They were 3 hours late and after arriving at 5pm, told me they didn't have the part when they actually did. I ended up rushing to the hardware store and getting the part to do it myself. I initially called them cause I have a bad back. They are unprofessional and don't know hot from cold water valves to install a simple sink. I'm blown away with the lack of knowledge from their tech. DONT WAST YOUR MONEY WTH THEM!!!

I found ATeeples Plumbing through the little free magazine that comes in the mail.
I was pleasantly surprised a live person answered the phone at 7:30 in the evening! Ryan came out the following day to discuss a potential leak in the slab and look at a leaky facet and a leaky shower head. He returned the following day with the parts and completed the repairs.
Ryan wore booties over his shoes to keep the floors clean. I asked if he would wear a mask because we have young children in the house and he was happy to. When he returned the next day he already had the mask on I appreciated that he remembered and he cared and made the extra effort.
Ryan did great work and was courteous and knowledgeable. We are very happy with his work!

Wish I had called them first instead of wasting time. A few monthes ago the kitchen sink was draining slow, really slow. A few places never called back and another made me an appointment for 3 days later! I finally called Teeples and they were out to help that afternoon. Not cheap and not expensive. Thank you. I called them out based on a neighbor recommendation. They had someone out who fixed a faucet that had been too calcified to turn off completely. Had everything fixed in 20 min or less and charged 1/2 the price i was quoted by other companies. Will most definitely recommend them to others and they have my future business!

The team of plumbers who came out and provided photos of repairs needed. They did what was needed and were efficient, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I was very pleased with the work and when it was completed, the gentlemen showed me the main drain pipe that was corroded.

I can't say enough about this company and their technician Cesar. Christmas Eve we have water flowing up from underneath the toilet in our downstairs bathroom. I shut everything off remove the toilet and I am unable to completely turn off the water source line. Had to turn off the water to the entire house. Cesar came out within an hour, fix the problem, and put the toilet back on. Absolutely incredible service. And the price was far more reasonable than I expected. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Less than a month ago I had troubles with our home septic tank system, drains not draining water as quickly as before and called to have it pumped. The company that pumped our septic told me my leech lines were ""bad and needed to be replaced"". I asked him for a quote - 4,200 bucks! so I called Applegate Teeples. They were recommended by a trustworthy friend of mine. Called them up and talked to Brandon. Super nice guy and came out to look at my problem the same day that I called with another fellow, Jeremiah. They gave me a detailed lowdown on what was wrong, plugged distribution box and smashed distribution lines. I asked what I could do to same me some $$$ and they told me exactly what I needed to do to make the repair myself. Even suggested some places to get materials and at this point hadn't even charged me a dime. I called him back and texted Brandon several times with questions, always answered the phone and helped me out a ton. I made my repairs and called Brandon back for a hydro jetting of my existing leech lines (they were plugged solid) and my new distribution boxes that I had just replaced. Fellow named Mark came out with the machine and had everything thoroughly cleaned in less than two hours. Showed me every step he was doing and answered every question I had, super nice guy as well. These people are awesome! My system is better than I think it every was even from new and they saved me a lot of money simply with their expertise, kindness and willing to help me out. I saved Brandon's number in my phone as they're my go to guys for plumbing, excavating and drilling and even have recommended them to my cousin already. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor.
