I had a problem with my septic system backing up. Greg squeezed me in to his company's schedule and came out with his team and evaluated my system. He recommended a fix and completed the repair in 2 days. His guys were very knowledgeable, professional and capable. They were very conscious of not damaging our feeble landscaping. They also removed and replanted a treasured pomegranate bush.. Thanks guys! I highly recommend this company to anyone experiencing problems with their septic system!

Don't pay him until you know everything is done right. His crew broke my sprinkler lines and wires, told me he would come Friday, didn't come or even call. i called him said they would come Monday. Didn't come or call. Now he won't answer our calls. i have left 4 messages and my wife 3. I am now 3 week for this lousy business man. Bet his dad who started this business is really proud of how he cheats clients.

I called Applegate because my septic was backing up. Greg came out and gave me a quote to dig up my distribution box and diagnosis the problem. He didn't show up on the scheduled date and didn't bother calling. A few days later he calls me and asks if I still needed the work done. Like a fool I rescheduled another appointment and took the day off. You know what happened, again he didn't show up or call and my calls went to voicemail. What a waste and a terribly run business. I bought a house (built in 1966) in Modesto and had to hook up to the City of Modesto sewer system as a condition of sale (the house I bought was on septic). I bid this ""tie in"" project to 8 qualified bidders, of which Applegate was one.

The price they quoted was the most cost-effective for my budget, so I contracted with Applegate Septic and Sewer.

Not knowing much about what had to be done, Owner Greg Applegate walked me through every step. He met me at the City of Modesto, talked to all city staff and lined everything up.

He started when he said he would start, and he finished right on time as well. The work he and his crew did was exceptional. They were all very professional and are experts when it comes to septics and sewers.
