Recently we experienced a complete stoppage of our kitchen drain. Having used Applegate Plumbing previously, we called with our issue and Andy was quick to respond. Due to the nature of our multi unit property, the stoppage was commingled with other plumbing in the building turning a 20 min job into a 3 hour job. Andy and his team worked diligently until finally having to call it a day with hopes of returning the following day to finish the job. Unknown to me, and without prompting Andy decided to try one final trick to clear the blockage from our plumbing... AND IT WORKED! His commitment to his customers and trade is evident in his work ethic. I can confidently recommend Applegate plumbing!

We have used this plumbing company several times and have never been disappointed. The sweet lady who answers the phone is always most helpful. Whoever comes out does a great job. The last time involved a toilet which had had some problems in the past and was under warranty, something of which we weren't aware. The entire inside was replaced at no cost to us. These folks know their trade well. I highly recommend them.

Our Rheem water heat went out, so I went on YELP to look for a local plumber. I always try to find a local because time is money, and if you call an outfit that is not local, they have to charge you for traveling time which is reflected in your bill. So always stick to a local.

How I chose Applegate Plumbing is simple: Great reviews on YELP! I called Applegate at 10pm Sunday night and left a message, and they got back to me promptly around 9am when I asked them to call. Andy Jones and Tom came over. They know house etiquette...they took their work shoes off when they entered our house. I didn't even have to ask.

The problem was fixed in a few minutes. When my wife told him that we had a minor plumbing problem under the sink, Andy took his wrench, and with a few twists, fixed the problem right away. No charge.

Very friendly, courteous, and professional. I've lined them up for another job.
They've been at this for decades and know their profession. Rest assured, they will
treat you right.

So glad I decided to find a local plumber. I spoke to Evon immediately, when calling the number, she sent Andy over in less than an hour. When Andy arrived he took off his shoes (which doesn't happen often) and proceeded into check my water heater that stopped working. He took a peak told me to call the water heater manufacturer bc I still had a warranty and that I would save over $400.00 in parts. He didn't charge me bc he was there for 5 minutes. Had to call him again, he responded immediately, told me he'd be over first thing in the morning to go above and beyond anything he really had to do. I'm so greatful to have found a company like this and now I have go to plumbers that I can support in my community!! Thanks Evon and Andy.

This is the first time I am writing a yelp, but I received great service from Andy and that inspired me to sign up for yelp! I called yesterday and made an appointment for this morning. He was on schedule, professional, and unclogged my kitchen drains within an hour. It was a reasonably priced service at a cost of $110. I would definitely use Applegate again and they have my strong recommendation.
