From start to finish they did a stellar job! They are by far the best Plumbers in Seal Beach. Don't waste your time with anyone else. They arrived on time and got the work done fast despite major issues with the pipes. They are knowledgeable and friendly and know how to treat customer and get things done. Oh my gosh! I called and within 45 minutes they were here and 15 minutes later they were gone and the drains were cleared! And as an important side note...I hadn't had anyone in my house for 10 days (corona virus quarantine)...I was nervous...I have an immune compromised child. They came wearing gloves and a mask and didn't stop to chat just did the job. So grateful : )

They showed up on time, made only the mess necessary to fix the problem, replaced the pipe, tested it, cleaned up and sent me a fair bill.

Seal Beach Customer Service at its finest! They sent the crew out right away and had our mainline cleaned out and working in minutes! Highly recommended! If ever we have a plumbing issue, Applegate Plumbing and Heating is the first call!

I noticed a leak in our water heater closet on a Saturday night. Unfortunately, it was a corroded tank. I left a message at Applegate's office on Sunday morning expecting a call back on Monday. I got a call back from Yvonne a few hours later and she would have Andy come by and take a look sometime Monday. Early Monday I got a call from Andy letting me know that I would have hot water when I got home from work. I came home to same brand, same size (latest model) water heater installed in a tight closet. For good measure Andy cleaned and coated the heater closet pan with flexseal and gave the recirc pump an inspection and thumbs up.
We have used Applegate Plumbing for a couple of jobs over the years. All of them have been 5 Star experiences.

Applegate plumbing has been responsive, fair and provided good advice when we've needed timely response. I've been a part of the leadership council of Seal Beach Center for Spiritual Living where we often host several hundred people - plumbing issues can be so important a facility like ours. I would recommend them.

Amazing! We had a stopped up kitchen sink with guests coming that evening for dinner. I called Applegate and spoke to a young lady. Within a just a very few minutes, she called back to say that Tony (the plumber) would be here at 1:15 PM (a precise time... not a four hour window). Around 12:50 she called back to say Tony was running late and would be here at 1:45. Great customer service and Tony with his assistant was here at 1:45 as promised. He was polite, clean and professional - cleaning out the drain and, while he was here, tightened the faucet. When done, everything was put back in place and all was sparkling clean. WE WILL NOW USE APPLEGATE AND TONY FOR ALL OF OUR PLUMBING NEEDS. GREAT!!!!

We were referred to this company by a close family member who uses them. My husband called on a Wednesday around noon and was immediately put on hold by Yvonne. Unfortunately he was left on hold for too long and he had to hang up to get back to work. He called back around 3pm that same day and spoke with Yvonne. He let her know we have a serious clog in our bathtub that is rendering it usable. With two young kids we need our bathtub! Anyway, he asked Yvonne what was the soonest time someone could come out. Yvonne proceeds to tell him they couldn't get someone out until Monday or Tuesday of next week?!?! That's absolutely ridiculous! Needless to say we won't be giving our business to Applegate Plumbing.

These people care about their customers! They could not come out to help me with my home's drain problem at 2:30pm, so they contacted another plumber who could help me today. He came out and took care of my problem, temporarily, until I can find time to have the complete job done. You don't find that kind of customer attention every day. I am very pleased.
