James was fantastic. I needed a semi urgent install of a new water heater for my back ADU. I was able to not only get a hold of James the owner directly, but he made time in his schedule to come out the same week and solve my issue. He was done in the exact amount of time he said he would be and the price was fair. It's hard to find qualified AND reliable tradesmen these days, but he's definitely one of the few out there and we will absolutely use his service again.
